We were in need of an overhaul to our 1986 kitchen (low ceiling, dated cabinetry, dated breakfast nook and poor use of space) - and after shaking Gary's hand and his initial thorough walk-through, we knew that we had our design & remodel team. We chose the Fallone's as both Robin and Gary have great ideas, are very personable and punctual. This was our first remodel and the Fallone's walked us through the process, helped steer us in the right direction, gave us a detailed schedule of the process and even met us at different locations to pick out tile, granite, etc.. They also listening to our ideas, must haves and our second thoughts throughout the project. Not only was the project completed on time, but the kitchen was finished early! Their trade contractors and build team are very professional and performed outstanding work. We went from an unusable closed-in space to an open kitchen that included a proportionate island with all of the amenities (and yes, even a built-in drop-down & retractable LCD TV hidden in the cabinetry). The room has essentially become an addition to the house - far more than just meal preparation it is now a place to congregate. I often work from home while seated at the island and use the kitchen as a backdrop for video conferencing. We would absolutely recommend Fallone Building and Remodeling and have already engaged their services once again for the design and build of our new master bathroom (can't wait).”

When we first had Ernesto to our home, we met him out front. Before he even walked through our front door, he had begun sketching a whole new look for our home. By the time he entered, even the skeptics we are were completely sold on the idea. We had always lived in off-white, vanilla houses. Ernesto not only expertly chose beautiful colors for all the rooms but made them flow together seamlessly. He created inspiring diagrams of everything from tile patterns, to our master bath remodel, to how to turn our patio into a relaxing outdoor living space. These amazing sketches were invaluable to us to envision our new space and brought us the confidence to change our normally beige style. Top notch tile for kitchen and bathroom, fireplaces and anything else you'd like to tile absolutely outstanding work. He shows up on time he cleans up after himself and does a top-notch job as well as flooring, tiles and or wood! His entire team is professional!! Been trying to get a bid on a counter top for almost 2 weeks. Sarah does not return my calls after continually waiting. Twice she said she would call back within the hour and she has not called. Again today, She said she had a bad connection, and would call me right back on her landline phone. 1 hour later, I tried back. No answer and the mailbox is full. I have totally wasted my time with these people!

I contacted red ram remodeling and spoke with a gentleman named Dan, I needed some work done on my house in multiple areas, He was eager to come out on my schedule and he was able to get the job done in timely manner, now you could never tell there was any damage to my home.

Had a10am appointment to get a quote on remodeling my home. No show, no call, no thank you. If this is an indicator how he does work, I saved myself a lot of problems.

We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.
The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.
We've called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back she's out in the field. Or we get, I'll have Anna call you back since you've spoken to her before.
We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that it's disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays it's fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.
After a week I called because we never heard back
During that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesn't need this and hung up on me.
I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).
My advice is to avoid this company completely.
We don't want them touching our home because if it's this hard to get an update, I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.
We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.
Do Not do business with these people!!!!!
