I would definitely recommend this company! They were very nice on the phone and came out the next day . The heat treatment and chemical treatment really worked. I’m sorry I wasted all my time and money trying to get rid of the bedbugs on my own . Very professional yet also very personable. The cost was very reasonable too !

There was a minor reoccurring insect issue at my home, and Bug Guardian was a more affordable quote than other companies in town. There was ZERO upsell which is good, because most of the time you think you're being sold things you do not need.

When you see companies have 5 stars, you tend to think it's fake, but these guys did a great job for me at a great price and are the real deal. I haven't had any issues since they came. So hope it helps others when deciding which pest control company to go with. Thanks.

I cannot say enough about David from Responsible Pest Control. When we moved into our house, we had a significant scorpion problem (in drawers, dropping out of bathroom fan grates, and in every room). When we called, and David came out, he told us he would make it his goal to get rid of this infestation.

It took some work, and he responded every time we called, and even followed up! Totally unexpected. We haven't seen a single scorpion, or other pest, since he took over.

Justin came by our house today to do their monthly spraying. Arizona Pest Prevention really knows how customer service is supposed to be. Everyone I have met at this company is very friendly and are passionate about what they do. No longer do I have to worry about what is living underneath my grill as I turn on the propane tank. The customer service via phone with pest service representative - specifically speaking with Marcus - was superb. He answered my questions right away, helped my scheduling issues, and was very friendly and kind. Kudos!

The guys spraying did awesome. The office people are terrible. I can't answer my phone while I'm at work when they call me to try and schedule another appointment but i have been calling the office for a month to pay my bill. They never answer the phone no matter what time of day it is. Are people even working in the office? Why can't you guys answer your phone? Will not be doing business here anymore.

I have been trying to cancel their services for MONTHS, they continue to charge my card. They are basically stealing from me at this point. And now after several phones calls they tell me i have to pay a cancellation fee, which was NEVER previously mentioned. They charge monthly for a quarterly service. They are suppose to do the outside house perimeter as well as the inside but if I don't ask, they just spray outside and leave. All around a terrible experience.

What can I say…..the 4 hr promise was not met. It was more like 24 hr. I am grateful and find it hard to complain as this must be a difficult job to deal with. I know I couldn’t do it. Thank you for picking up my neighbors dog. He was in a hit and run accident and his dog Shorty did not make it.

We have used Pro Tek Pest Elimination for the past 6 years. Excellent service and the treatment far and exceeds any we've used in the past. Great and friendly service and experience. We recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

About 5 times the price of any other pest control company. I didn't choose them. My old pest guy sold his company to them. Very shady, claimed they had multiple guys at my location for 4 hours and they cleaned the floor drains, look at the camera and that is not what happend.
