Best Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

My wife and I were looking to develop an outdoor space for a 14 year old house. I had three bids, talked with several contractors on options using natural organic material. Was ready to give up, but have 10 weeks we finally met Sean. He heard what we wanted, steered us to an existing design in his portfolio. Within 1 week we had an agreement including design, material, color,... The crew was very knowledgeable, started early, and handled the details. We had one moment of decision making but did not lose a step. I believe there were three material deliveries, one the crew refused because it was incorrect. Worked in the excessive heat and when they left the place was neat and clean. ?

The end product is fantastic, awesome, ... It fits perfectly into the architecture of the house. It looks like the structure always was there. ? The materials captured our intentions within the project and was right on budget. It was a great pleasure for my wife and I to work with Sean and his team. The result is approximately 700 sq. ft. of patio space that we love and will continue to enjoy as it develops over the years. ?

Lone Star did an amazing job on my backyard! I had several estimates and Lone Star was the most reasonable. They made me feel very comfortable with my decision during the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping. I will, for sure, have my friends and neighbors use them! Thank you again, I could not be happier with how my backyard turned out.

When it came time for the work I asked to be Ground Zero Landscape and Construction gave me the escape I needed right in my own backyard. So many lovely family gatherings and events happen in the space created by Ground Zero Landscape and Construction. Highly recommended, honesty, and reliable people!

Property Management hired them and just one guy showed up after Mondays storm. When he saw the tree he said he quoted too little and needed to negotiate a new estimate. Even though they initially underestimated the job, Mike was great, He never was the issue. He got hurt and took care of himself like he should. He called me the next day apologizing profusely that he was yelled at due to the initial review. Apparently the person he reported himself sick to was on leave and manager called me later that they figured out that was the reason. As stated Mike was not the issue. HR dropped the ball. Mike really took responsibility. He came across like a professional. That aside they released a 3 man crew after and it took them 6 hours after the work Mike had put in last Tuesday. The job is mostly done and Michael is getting stump killer on it as promised. The only issue left is that they didn't go into my neighbors yard to haul the branches, but tried to pull them over the brick wall, she did allow them into her yard from her house. All the cinder blocks are still missing, I'll address that with property management as the neighbors side is still a mess.
Which we noticed later in the evening. Management asked if I would update the review. All actual laborers have been great.
Miscommunication happens, but always value your employees. Your employees are you business and they can go somewhere else, just like customers.

Contacted AZScapes for a consult. Troy came out to our home. We were beyond impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. After dealing with one bad landscape company after another, it was nice to finally deal with a company that's honest, fair, and conducts business with integrity. Troy is a certified arborist and gave me some helpful tips for taking care of my trees. We will definitely be using AZ Masterscapes for our landscape project and any future landscape projects. Highly recommend

I am very pleased with the landscaping job in the front and back yard for my new house. The job was done in a timely fashion as promised by Curt. Todd went through a lot of hassle with the HOA to get approval on the landscaping but he came through very nicely. I would recommend Outside Living Concepts to any of my friends or family that needed landscaping.Dishonest people. Told me if i write good report they will give me 6 months warranty and when my 15 plants died in less than 2 months they refused to give me new plants, finally after arguing with the owner he gave only 5 plants and did not put in the ground, only deliver them.

The individuals I have dealt with at Phoenix Landscaping and Pools have always been profesional, prompt and kind. I have always been pleased with their work and their electronic billing is a bonus!

I was referred to Big Nick's from a neighbor. They did a great job on her yard and so I was more than happy to hire them to do mine. They are a terrific team and their prices are wonderful. I also appreciate what great communicators they are. They are wonderful at the work they do. I won't be going anywhere else. They are the best landscaping team out there.

Can't say enough great things about these guys! They were the most competitive in their pricing, great timeline to get it done, and their work speaks for itself. Our backyard went from a dull eye sore to a one of a kind backyard. They installed grass, pulled out old trees, got out the horrendous rocks, put in my husbands putting green (which he can't stop talking about), installed pavers, and installed/fixed our sprinkler system. We have a fairly large backyard and if we had to do it ourselves we'd probably not enjoy our backyard for at least another year if not more. Already have so many compliments and people wanting to come over, thanks so much guys!!
