Very professional, prompt, and focused on doing quality work. They were very clean, and paid careful attention to make sure the surrounding areas were covered. They made the entire tiling experience easy and stress free!

I hired Alan to demo shower tile & reinstall new tile in our bathroom. From start to finish Alan & his sister were very professional. I made a mistake with tile & they were very understanding. European Design Flooring refinished my Brazilian Cherry floors which had a great deal of cupping and water damage. The technicians did a wonderful job and restored the floors to original condition. They were also fast and efficient.

Very professional and friendly with a lot of knowledge on tile and grout flooring. We had Justin come out to clean our tile before putting our home back on the market for sale. It sold in 9 days after he came out! Highly recommend these guys for any cleaning needs.

They installed laminate flooring throughout the house. Did an excellent job, showed up when they promised they would, and cleaned up after the work. Everybody was courteous and pleasant to deal with. Great company.

It alright the people there are nice for the most part

I had a great experience with First Class Coatings. In the initial phone call Eric gave me a rough estimate of what I could expect based upon my estimate of garage size. He was careful to say that it was all dependent upon how rough the floor was and the actual measurements. I then met with him another day briefly to look at the various Epoxy options and colors and I made a selection from the samples in the back of his van. At the day of install his team showed up on time, prepped the floor completely in the morning and started putting down the floor in the PM. There was a previous seal on the floor so they evaluated what was there and made sure it could be sufficiently clean, sanded and able to be covered vs. grinding it off. They came back to put the sealer on day 2 and the result was just super nice! The entire team was professional all the way. I will say that the smell of the epoxy is pretty rough -- actually quite terrible during the dry time - but he warned me of that in advance. Just make sure you have good ventilation and don't plan to spend any time in the garage for a few days. The result is worth it. I'd highly recommend them.

Jim is a delight. He fit me in last minute and fixed a hole that a naughty dog chewed in the hardwood floor (?!!) in mere minutes. Absolutely recommend!!!
