Best customer service I’ve seen in a while.

I believe our locksmith was named Drew, and he was quick, knowledgeable, and showed up at 5 on the dots after calling to make sure the time was still good (my window was 5-8!) He was polite, clean, and in the wake of the “virus” he came equipped with wipes to clean the door knobs afterwards lol!

Will be using acme again should we need any other lock smith services!

Update: Found another locksmith and got the job done with less than half of the price. It took like 3 minutes in total. The guy form Ahwatukee Locksmith spent longer time on writing the receipt yesterday.

Called them to replace a front door lock. No fancy smart lock setups or anything, just a very basic lock, and they had access to the house without any drilling or picking. Dispatch said it would start with $85 which was a reasonable price, but the technician came and gave me a quote of $250. They did literately nothing and I was charged $29 service fee.

I saw another bad review said their service fee was $19. I guess that there were so many customers said no to their crazy pricing so they had to surcharge the service fee?

I couldn't find a yelp page for them. Lucky you yelp users! you dodged a bullet.

Btw they were 1 hour late.

I asked what their company was. They told me a random company name, 24/7 mobile lock smith.Unfortunately I still have your number so I can find it from google and leave my honest feedback to future customers.

Would not use their service, and would not suggest anyone to work with them.

Nice and professional service

Corey went above and beyond his work to fix our front door lock that had been broken before we moved in and our realtor decided to tell us the door lock was simply stuck and that we should spray WD-40 to help it! Complete BS beware of Arizona premier! We didn't mind paying Corey for his services and thank him for being honest and fixing our garage door opener as well since that stoped working too!

Sitton is great, and I’m glad they were able to install locks at my house. Jon ran into some issues with one of my doors. That’s about the time a normal locksmith would blow you off. Jon came back when he said and had some tricks up his sleeve to fix a worn door. Thanks buddy!
