Best Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

They let bad quality material slide when they’re in a rush. Not a safe place to work. Management is nowhere to be found usually.

Arrowhead Deck and pools has some of the worst customer service ever. They are ripping my good friend Tyler off for $28,000 and are refusing to finish their work. Do not use them if you have any morals

I couldn't be happier with Laveen Deck and Porch. I had them build a new deck and fence for my house and it is everything I wanted and perfect. They took the time to understand exactly what I envisioned and brought it to life. Excellent service, an excellent job and all done by excellent people. I will be recommending to anyone in need, 10/10.

Decksion Pool Deck Resurfacing has excellent prices on pool deck resurfacing and pool deck coatings! I used this company a month ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the finished decking. The cracking and fading are now gone, and the deck looks stunning. My pool deck feels like a vacation area, and it was affordable. Thanks for being a reliable pool deck resurfacing company!

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

Rudest people, super on waddell today did not properly supervise or note a road was closed, upon attempting to apologize, guy screams like a child. Probably shouldn't be consumed by his phone

Sean Anderson and the crew at MountainScapers did a fantastic job transforming our drab, rock-filled front courtyard into a charming little botanical garden filled with a variety of palm trees, cacti custom-made planters and flowers. We had a vague idea of what we wanted, and Sean quickly came up with a concept that clarified the possibilities on both scale and content. His highly professional crew kept the project on time, making little adjustments along the way to accommodate our occasional whims. Not sure how to begin. SRS just finished a full remodel of my home on the golf course in a Ocotillo that was completely original. Arches, carpet, bad layout, choppy, etc. We wanted open spaces, and modern clean design and high end finishes. I interviewed several GCs and having done dozens of remodels in my life, went with SRS on a hunch. Best decision I have made. The quality of work exceeded my expectations and the quality of all the men and women involved was beyond what I could ask for. I’m actually going to miss seeing these guys daily (although I’m so glad it’s done). 4 months to finish a job that most GCs had told me would take 6 minimum. Great crew.

With all the horror stories out there and news segment about shady unlicensed contractors it's difficult to find an honest and reputable contractor. Gilbert was professional and quick to respond. His window guy came out, gave me and estimate and fixed/replaced my windows within days. I highly recommend Centennial, and will continue to recommend to all my friends and family.

We could not be happier with the job Javier and his crew did on our Kool Deck resurfacing, as well as the concrete stamping of our front walkway. This was seriously one of the best contractor experiences we have ever had for a few reasons: 1) quick response and in-person estimate 2) communicates every step of the project and you're never surprised when they are or are not there 3) price was more than fair 4) collects money at the end of the job when you're happy - not taking half up front to go buy the materials. I was looking for a handyman in Phoenix and these guys were the first I called. I’m from California but I own a few properties in Phoenix AZ and needed a handyman to do regular maintenance and repairs on my properties. First visit Jake showed up and gave me the breakdown over the phone with the repairs I needed and told me it will take him about a week to get everything done. HE WAS DONE IN TWO DAYS did all the stucco patches, drywall repairs and paint interior and exterior. Since than I’ve been using Jake on all of my projects, we have been working together for over 2 years and I can’t say enough good words about these guys and Jake particularly. Last project he did for me was a 850 SF home addition on a rental property and him and his crew did such an amazing job! if you looking for a Phoenix Handyman or general contractor, you can’t go wrong with these guys!!!
