Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

Their was a service man named Manny who stopped by and served our plumbing I thought their was a clog but their wasn't
I still paid for the service it wasn't much only 59.97
And Manny was very nice and helpful and still cleaned up some gunk in the pipes and was very professional
I will ask for him next time

On July 24, Cesar Sanchez responded to my call for attention to bathroom plumbing that sounded to me like trouble. He came early, wearing protective mask, gloves and booties, diagnosed the problem, located the outdoor access to the clogged piping and fixed it. He tested to make sure the pipe was clear, disposed of the offensive gunk he removed from it, and then explained what to do going forward. He also clearly explained the issue to the President of the HOA board because the problem had ramifications that needed attention. He was knowledgeable, and skilled, and kind and respectful throughout. I was relieved and I remain grateful that a much larger problem was averted in time. Thank you very much.

Called and emailed several times to get a quote for my septic system to get fixed. Followed up 4 times and they never got back to me. Sad that the basics of getting back to customers is not followed. Everyone is busy and has lots of work but these companies won't survive when they are competing for customers again. Don't waste your time and steer clear.

Josh was great, he came the week before to see what he was up against,since we didnt know exactly where our septic was. Scheduled a day and time to come pump out, he and his employee were right on time. Joah explained what they had to do (find and dig down) and they perceeded to find it and pump out our septic. He explained to us about everything since we are new to having septic. Did a great job in a timely manner, they are fantastic guys ,very friendly.

As what normally happens, Fourth of July weekend rolls around and (Saturday) I step out into the garage to find it flooded; water gushing from the now defunct water heater. I have Old Republic insurance and I called them. They emailed Jay's Plumbing Service and AOC-Arizona Plumbing...In addition to the Old Republic email, I also called Jay's Plumbing and AOC-Arizona Plumbing and got recordings, left a message...That was Saturday, it's now Monday, still waiting on a phone call. (Thankfully I don't need them anymore!) Because I have an elderly parent living with me, this water heater had to be fixed the same day. I called Valleywide Plumbing. Matthew Kondrath answered (Yes, a real person answered the phone!) There was no B.S. with Matthew. He told me the time he would be out and how much the cost was to replace the water heater. No hidden fees or holiday up-charges were loaded into the cost. In fact, the cost was barely higher than what I had paid for the previous hot water tank eight years earlier. Matthew told me he had another job he was finishing up on. He said he would pick up the new hot water tank from his supplier and be at my property by noon (which, btw, was on the other side of town from where Matthew was working.) I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted from my back when he said he would be out. Two hours later, Matthew was at my house at noon, right on time as discussed. He was kind enough to work with me and interact with the pain-in-the-neck Old Republic Insurance people needing tons of information in order to process a partial refund to me through my insurance. Matthew drained and hauled out the old, broken water heater. Put in the new one, did some pipefitting, wrote up the order/receipt and left around an hour or so later. All of this was in 110 degrees by the way. Matthew was pleasant, knowledgable, kind and efficient I had never used this company before, I will use them for any and all services they provide. Thank you Matthew for taking time out of your holiday weekend to help me and my family...it is truly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

NuFlow relined the pipes in a 50 year old bathhouse, three showers each men's and women's, bathroom stalls, sinks and urinals. All went as planned and it appears that we now have extended the useful life of these bathrooms and showers for AT LEAST the next ten years and possibly much longer. Prior to using NuFlow I did seek out references and they were glowing. The cost of re-lining the sewer pipes is a fraction of a tear down and re-build of the bathhouses. I only wish we had their service ten years earlier when we paid almost $200,000 to re-build another similar structure.

This company is terrible!! These people are thieves!! We had previously used them for a job a few years ago for which they received payment in a timely manner. Months after a payment was made to them by error due to many companies we use have the same similar name. Instead of returning the check they cashed back to our company that issued the payment, the owner TIM stated they simply applied that money to a job they never received payment on and asset that had nothing to do with our company. I stated the employee that made the error would be fired if the funds were not returned and he didnt care! My guess is that are doing so bad in their business stealing has become an option!!

I recently bought a house with a septic tank for the first time. As this was all very new to me- I called Paradise Septic to have my septic tank pumped. When the tech arrived on-site he was very insightful, knowledgeable, and very helpful. This is the second time I had to call for help from Belsito plumbing. Last year our septic tank was over flowing and needed pumped out, and this year it was a clog at the entrance to the tank. Both times I called just happened to be a weekend. These things always seem to happen on a weekend and usually when you have house guests. Belsito plumbing has always been quick to answer my calls and respond to my urgent requests. They do a great job and at a very resonable cost! The staff is always friendly and they go out of their way to explain everything to you as they are getting the job done. The plumbers have given me several tips to help me with future plumbing problems. They are fast, friendly and reliable. A great combination:) Belsito Plumbing is the only one I will be calling for my future plumbing needs.

Called to get on the schedule on a Wednesday. Said they could come out same day because they were in the area, but it didn't fit with our schedule. Tried to schedule for Friday but they didn't have any other jobs in our area so they cancelled. Dispatch was very friendly and willing to try to get to us Thursday, but again didn't didn't work with our schedule. Will try again next week.

I would give you no stars but that isn't an option. Where do I begin ? Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
