Total garbage!!!!!
Accidentally locked myself out of my house. Called West Phoenix Locksmith to get a quote. Seemed reasonable so I agreed and had a technician come out. He took just minutes to open my door. I was stoked. Then I get handed a bill for 3x the amount of the quote. The tech says he is a private contractor and the price is the price. Call West Phoenix Locksmith back and am told that I was never given the original quote. Nothing but a bunch of con artists.

I was quoted two different prices. One was $100 over the phone and the next time it was $220. I found someone for less than the first quote. I would not use these guys.

The technician and his colleagues were very polite and professional, and they quickly and expertly replaced all the locks in my home. Their work was of the highest caliber. The following time I require their services, I will without a doubt turn to them.

The experience was simple, easy, we had good conversions while two keys and a key fob were whipped up. He came just after 6pm, despite it being dark and a little cold - which was as soon as I called.

Overall, I'd recommend Turn Key for any of your key and lock needs ? He genuinely seems to care about the quality of his work and the fairness of his business deals.
