Was locked out of my car and was able to call and schedule a time for them to come out and assist they were on time and very welcoming and professional

These guys were here within 20 minutes of me calling them to have my house locks changed. They were extremely professional and got the job done quickly and at a great price!!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their locks changed right and fast!

I had a key stolen for my car and needed to make sure that it was secure that day. Alcatraz came highly recommend and for good reason. Todd was onsite the same day, opened the car and made a key that day. Stellar customer service and a genuinely good guy!!

The electronic parts of my car key had broken and I had super glued it all back together. Peter was able to carefully take it apart and file off enough of the glue and save the computerized components, so that he could create a whole new key. We were impressed with his knowledge an skill. When we asked about ordering a second key, as a backup, he gave us a discount on the two. Thank you Peter for taking the time to do such a thorough job.

I was going to a friends house and when I got close I got a Barros pizza and for whatever reason I set my F-150 keys on my center console and got out and hit the door lock button and (you can figure it out from there) in the late afternoon/early evening (Monday/rush hour) at Dove Valley and I 17 area nowhere close to my house.
