Gabriel from the company came over to unlock our house door. He showed up really quick and did the work really fast and efficient way. I also asked his opinion to rekey a smart lock. He is very knowledgeable and hands on. I will definitely use the service again if needed.

Todd is amazing, knowledgeable and professional. I had two transponder keys and neither worked. He was totally booked that day and was not able to come to me. That didn't stop him from helping. He would call me when he was driving between jobs. After several phone calls back and forth between us, he walked me through how to program them. This in spite of the fact that the instructions I got to program them from the manufacturer was wrong.

Nick was GREAT! Fast and friendly. I got locked out at 1:30 am and called 4 other places. I'm still waiting for a call back from place #1.. it is now 2:54 am, Nick has come and gone. He was on his way the moment I called. Price was also affordable, actually affordable not affordable then hit with a 250 bill

I needed my entire rental property re-keyed at short notice. Jeff showed up on time, which I appreciate since I am big on punctuality. I have over 16 units and he re-keyed all 4 buildings in a short amount of time, on a weekend no less. I have dealt with several locksmiths in my line of work and I have never met one as honest and efficient as J&J. Do yourself a favor and give him a call.

Outstanding service On a Monday morning, I called the technician, and he showed up right away. He was very kind and swiftly replaced the locks on all of my doors. Overall, I'm happy with the service. My house is now securely manned. Thank you, gentlemen.

This locksmith will access your property without ANY verification. Be careful. This is illegal business and a major security concern. The owner is also very unprofessional dealing with this when I asked for a refund (see screenshots of correspondence). The cops were notified and a case has been open but I want others to be aware. My vacation renter was stressed out because she had locked herself out of the house. She called Turn Key Locksmith who didn't verify that she was a renter and the locksmith entered my house without ANY permission, opened the back of the house which is not a part of the house I allow renters to access and has many of my valuables! He didn't ask for any proof she was a renter. She could have been anyone. I pay $60 a month for ADT security system, but this locksmith will just come and charge $85 without any verification or screening and let a stranger in my house or yours! Please do not use this company. I am shocked how this whole incident was handled as well.
