Lost my key and was stressed. Called This place and was willing to beat the price I was quoted with another company. Came down within the hour and had my key in my hand within 30mins!!The guy Shawn who installed it was great and put me at ease. I even got a remote control key for my car that I never had. Truly happy and satisfied!!

The key to my car door broke in half and it was a little twisted and they made me a duplicate key from the two pieces I had with no problem and it was way cheaper than any other place I called.

Total garbage!!!!!
Accidentally locked myself out of my house. Called West Phoenix Locksmith to get a quote. Seemed reasonable so I agreed and had a technician come out. He took just minutes to open my door. I was stoked. Then I get handed a bill for 3x the amount of the quote. The tech says he is a private contractor and the price is the price. Call West Phoenix Locksmith back and am told that I was never given the original quote. Nothing but a bunch of con artists.

I had a great experience getting help fixing an issue that was preventing me from turning the key in my Volkswagen. Todd was very communicative and knowledgeable throughout from figuring out what was wrong to offering advice on finding the right part to the repair.

Amazingly helped me out after a long shift where my key got misplaced made a bee one on the spot in the parking garage! Could not be happier!

Great service. Mike was really nice even tho he was on call and had just finished his normal shift. My Lexus is one hard car to get into if you lock your keys in it. The locks will re-lock themselves within a second of being unlocked. So you have to be dan good to get this car open. Other companies that have done this have taken upwards of a hour to get my car unlocked. Not Mike! He got my car open in less than 5 mins. Can not say enough thank you to Mike and acme for what they do. Top notch A++++ company. Thank you Mike.

One of the mechanics assisting me as I entered my car. In addition to duplicating existing keys, we may also program a remote. Very quickly, too, and with a high degree of competence. They have my full endorsement and I will definitely utilize them again.

Aiden was great. Called us in advance to make sure we were ready for him. Got there very quickly. Took care of the lock in no time at all. And I ended up getting a new door knob through him as I didn't want to get locked out of that room again. All in all a perfect one stop shopping experience. We will definitely call Aiden and his team again if needed.
