I called & was able to have my key fob programmed the same day. Andrew set an appointment time & when he found he was going to be a little late, he called to let me know. I had told him on our initial call that there was not an emergency so he should take care of lock-outs, etc. first.
After Andrew arrived, he was very efficient and had my new key fob programmed within about a half hour. Works great. I will call again if there is a need. Very happy.

Such a great company with a fantastic staff. Shannon helped me get a brand new key for my car (I lost the only copy in had). He was so pleasant to talk to while he worked. He even gave me some great recommendations for spare keys, where to hide them, products that work well, and advice on other issues i was having with my vehicle. Was placed on hold for “2-5” minutes till a technician could call me back with pricing info, I ended up waiting 25 minutes on hold, then I hung up and called them again, they answered and hung up. Wish I had help since they were close by.

I was 18 years old at the time, going to school. I remember quite clearly the frustration I had being locked out of my car. I am not a competitor and honestly I never leave reviews unless I am moved for better or worse, sadly this was bad enough to make me leave a review. You may have been busy, or on another call, and I understand that. But if you don’t like a review don’t immediately jump to conclusions, I didn’t even have the motivation to respond to such a comment at the time, if you would have responded by leaving a call back number I’m sure things could have been straightened out. I am a respectful and understanding person, a simply apology and call back number could have easily changed this review.

These gentlemen were FANTASTIC! I called yesterday, they were able to determine exactly what was needed by photograph. They were prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. Great work from a couple of great guys!!
