The back of my car key had cracked and a large piece had fallen off. I stopped by ACME without calling to make an appointment or to even see if they would be able to help. Drew helped me right away and was able to fix my key in literally two minutes. It is as good as new! He could have told me that I needed an entirely new key (which would have been significantly more expensive), but instead, he just replaced the back piece for me. I was only charged $15 (way less than I was anticipating)! I will continue to go back to ACME anytime I need a fix!

I locked my keys in my car at the gas station pump on a Saturday evening, called a bunch of places, a lot were closed and couldn’t help me. Another locksmith came first and worked on trying to get my car unlocked for an hour and 15 minutes, only to give up and tell me to call another locksmith. I called locksmith AZ, they got there within 8 minutes and had my car unlocked in less than 5. They were very nice, quick, efficient, professional. I’ll recommend to anyone who locks themselves out.

I ordered a locksmith through Diamondback Locksmith. They ended up sending me these guys. The prices Diamondback quoted me were much different then the price Locksmith Guru charged.

They initially charged me $180 for a door that took 2 min to open. I was not told ahead of time what the price would be. They said the price depends on how complex the lock was... Initially Diamondback estimates it would be around $80.

Long story short, I ended up reaching out to their management for what I believed was an excessive charge. After several weeks they credited me back almost half back, which I think was fair and an appropriate way to handle it. Giving a much higher review than normal due to managements willingness to make it right.
