One of my clients dogs somehow managed to turn the deadbolt on one of my business doors, leaving me locked out of the room and the dog locked in! Kyler M. squeezed us into his busy schedule and made it out to my business in North Phoenix in under 30 minutes. He had the door opened in just a few minutes and was so friendly from start to finish. I was out of town when I viewed on my security camera that my front door had blown open with a storm. Fortunately I had an Arcadia screen door that was locked. However it being the dead of summer my air conditioning was running non-stop. Plus I had not left a spare key. I had called several places in town. When I contacted them they were very flexible in waiting for a family member to show up as they unlocked my screen door in order for someone to close the main front door. Then again was able to re-lock the screen door. They were very patient and their communication was very helpful in making sure everything was at it should be. I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip stress free thanks to their help. 100% great customer service and after calling several places the best prices in town. 5 stars and would recommend them for anyone looking for a locksmith.

My screen security door key doesn’t match the doors of my home. Today I decided to take my pup in a drive and have the car washed. I didn’t realize it, but I had locked the garage door. I returned home and was unable to gain access to the door from the garage to my home. I didn’t realize, but when my wife left out of town, she accidentally too the door key with her. I had my poor pup who was a little over heated from the excitement and I wasn’t dressed to actually interact with the public. I walked around the house and couldn’t find anything open. A quick Google search and I found J&J Locksmith. They were just down the road, answered swiftly and came right away. In less than 20 minutes I not only had access to my house, but he also matched all the door locks to the screen door lock. Our Hero! Someone broke into our house, stole my purse and my husband's keys and his car. After the police left, we wanted to get our locks changed at 10 pm at night.
