Awesome service! They came out and helped with a BMW when nobody else could! It was late Sunday night and all the close locksmiths- even the ones who advertised BMW owners as their primary customers- said it would have to be taken to a dealer. These guys came to us and fixed the mixed key fob signal and saved me a ton of money! !

Had Michael arrive faster than anticipated and had us into our home on a cold night well faster than we thought it would take. Great service and response time!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Locked out of my house on accident & so I googled locksmiths. When I called West Phoenix Locksmith, I was told it would be $25 call fee + $25 for labor. Of course I agreed because I need to get back into my house. The tech shows up & opens my door within 5 minutes. Then he hands me a $160 bill. I explained what I was quoted & I was then told that he is an independent contractor & there are NO labor fees. There are flat prices per service + the call fee. So my quote of $50 was an ABSOLUTELY A LIE!!! When I called West Phoenix Locksmith back, he then told me that the quote he gave me was not what he said. & now there is nothing he can do to help due to the tech being an independent contractor. TOTAL BULLSHIT!!!!

I have to say the problem I had on my f-150 was a nightmare. I caused the extra headaches on the trucks ignition myself after the key thingy would not turn the truck on(I messed it up). I had Todd come out cuz he offered the best quote to reprogram my keys. So he came out and did his job, but I had messed up the ignition antenna and Todd told me what I needed to do and I followed his directions and after that the truck was fixed. This guy really knows his stuff and if I ever need help from a locksmith in the Phoenix area Todd the locksmith guy has my business. Very truthful and professional business. Thx Alcatraz Locksmith.

Reasonable pricing, AAA approved locksmith, and very efficient. New set worked perfectly. Just brought in my registration and ID ? and Patrick matched my vin to get the correct key code for my vehicle. I was in and out in less than 30, and also have my expenses covered with a rebate through AAA. Thank you!
