Great customer service fast and affordable

Horrible business. Employees/ scam artists cant even pick a lock and still charge you. Office people who answer the phone are extremely rude. I don't get how they have a good review, I assume theyre used to screwing over old people

Daniel was my locksmith and he was absolutely amazing! Professional and worked quickly and efficiently! He re-keyed 3 locks for me on 2 doors in about 30mins! I would definitely hire them again!

Had to key a replacement ignition lock cylinder for my truck. They were able to get the new one fixed up in no time. Get other copies made up too at respectable price.

It was the tech that discount locksmith sent that one I think is not professional at all.
One of their tech (nephi) call and said it take him 25 min to be there... it was 40, he wanted to charge 25 for the drive plus 145 (it was just regular entry knob)
I told him it was too much, he charge the 25 and after some discusión he agreed to charge me “only” another 50 plus 6 that HE TOOK as tip, and I said took because he was supposed to give me 10 change and he only gave me 4 saying it was his tip.
Always saying that we was doing me a favor, after that, he asked how I found him, I show him and he ask for my phone to see it, and literally write his own review which of course a already delete.

Truly can't even put into words how awful my experience was with ACME locksmith. I urge any potential customer to think twice before utilizing this service. Not only will you be left high and dry when the 30 day warranty expires shortly after your installation, but you will be undervalued and dismissed as a customer.

The company installed a lock for our company that utilized a remote control. Installing the lock was a huge headache in itself since the company sent us the wrong lock initially. About a month later (right after the hardware warranty expired), the lock started to act up so I called the number on the quote. Even though I clearly specified our customer information, the woman on the line (Amber), did not look up our invoice to confirm what services and hardware we had purchased. She then proceeded to insist that I hadn't purchased a lock with them and that we had bought another cheap device and then hung up on me. After recovering the invoice number from my files in order to confirm our purchase, I called back a total 4 times. Each time I was urged that Eric would be calling me back shortly. I was never called back and left to handle the issue myself even though the service warranty was still in effect. Truly an awful experience - and i hope this account saves someone else from a similar experience.

He was fabulous! I called in to have locks changed. There was an opening in the schedule and he came within 1/2 hour. The job was done in less than an hour! Professional, efficacious, and clear in explaining options and what he was doing. I highly recommend this company call locksmith as and technician professionalism.

Another fake locksmith with a bogus storefront address. If you call the number you are routed to a call center out of state which farms your job out to one of their contractors. I just need a key copied. Don’t pretend you are a local locksmith business with a storefront when you clearly are not. ?

When I phoned this firm for a broken window door lock, he was available. quickly arrived at the location, identified the issue. His prices are quite reasonable. He seemed like a really honest individual to me. will be working with him once more.

I accidentally locked my keys in my car while I was out shopping, and what's worse I was taking care of my sister's 3 month old as well, so both of us were stuck outside in the hot sun. Luckily I found these guys on Google and Aaron arrived in 15 minutes to help me out. He was friendly, funny and super quick getting my door open. What's more, my niece started crying while this was going on. I was trying to quiet her down but she wouldn't stop. As soon as Aaron got the door open he came over and asked what was wrong. I said she was probably hungry or something. So, Aaron put down his tools, picked up my niece and lifted his shirt. He breastfed her right there in the Target parking lot. Super chill guy, didn't make a big deal of it. Best locksmith I've ever had!

This man came out his way to open my car. Right now, my car is my home, so it was imperative that I get inside and not sleep on the ground. Very reasonable rates, fast service, plus the guy was pretty cool. Joking and stuff. If I ever need a door opened, I'm calling Corey first!!

Danny was great, he programmed my key and key fob on a 2017 Chevy Silverado. He also worked quick was done in about 30 mins. I would definitely use this service again.
