Just called to get an estimate and try to schedule someone for tomorrow morning. I was amazed at how little the person knew about the service. They couldn't tell me how many keys I'd get with the re-key and they couldn't tell me how much it would cost for each additional key. They seemed really disorganized. I did appreciate that they could give me an appointment almost immediately, hence the two stars. I did not choose this company because they did not seem to be familiar with their own pricing and their own services.

Drew, the store manager was super helpful and efficient for what I needed. I needed a spare transponder key made for my car and he was upfront with the cost to cut the key and program it. I recently used this site to make a new auto key. Very courteous man, honest pricing, service finished in no more than 15 minutes.

Came by this address to find that suite e119 doesn’t actually exist. There is a photo in their ad showing a storefront with their signage. Again E119 doesn’t exist. Locksmiths like this use fake addresses and mobile service to scam customers. How are you going to call yourselves a locksmith and post a physical address and then require that I call and schedule a mobile appointment to get a copy of a non-transponder car key made? Be honest with the public and remove the fake address used that you claim is your “training center.” Might as well use a PO Box address, at least then customers would know not to bother going to your location. ?
