Came in to get some keys made. Waited for over 10 minutes for help wasn't even acknowledged by the older gentleman in the back of the store so i left and went to ace hardware down the street very helpful there.

This is the same review I wrote for yelp, but I really want to give Geronimo locksmith a shout out! The owner of Geronimo locksmith is great. He offers personalized service at very affordable rates. I needed to make several copies of keys for my 2015 Ford Fiesta (transponder keys with integrated remote entry fob). I purchased the new keys online and just needed the keys cut. Most locksmiths in the area will not cut car keys you purchase online or they will not give you a straight answer with regards to pricing or they will charge a small fortune just for cutting the key. The owner of Geronimo was by far the least expensive of the dozens of locksmiths I called. He also came back to his shop special just to cut my keys for me as he was out on a house call when I arrived. The owner even discussed programming the keys with me (even though I told him was going to program the keys myself). WHAT A NICE GUY! While the keys were being cut, we discussed getting a new key cut and programmed for a different vehicle (a 2013 Toyota Corolla) and again, his pricing was BY FAR the least expensive. I am going to go back and get keys made for the Corolla and If I need any locksmithing done, from now on, Geronimo's is the only place I will go.

A few months back, our house was burglarized when we went out of town. We lost some valuable items there. I spoke to my wife and told her I would hire the services of a locksmith masters LLC service company to install security locks. We did our research and found COMPANY NAME. We called and told them our situation. The next day, they had someone sent over to get the work done. He was punctual and nice to talk to. He began installing the security locks and did great work. The company also charged us much less than we thought. I gladly recommend them.

Wow, was very impressed with the fast service from Discount Locksmith LLC on Cave Creek Rd, North Phoenix. My call was answered promptly – I explained that a bedroom door accidently got locked and my housemate quickly needed a med that was in there. The closest technician, Sean, was immediately notified and not only called me right away, but was at my home approx. 10 minutes later. Sean had a fantastic and caring attitude in spite of it being after 10pm. He let us know the options to get the door unlocked, all pricing, and then Sean quickly got the door opened. Horrible communication skills good luck getting this guy to show up. He didn't want to come out for rain cool. Second day no call no show third try he says he will be over at 8 and nothing I text and get told he's getting blood drawn and will be by no heads up no not going to be over when we agreed and I'm still sitting here. He will give you no heads up if he's not coming and let you sit around like no one else has to work. What a waste of time. Save your self the time and call one of the other 50 locksmiths in the area.

AWESOME! A bit pricey, paying about 10% more than you should - so if you can shop around ... It's a little hard to figure out when copying a card to a key - so read the directions twice and fast before it times you out. Other than that great service that many just don't know about.

Ran is a great guy. Always comes through, even during the holidays ? if you have an issue with his service, he'll handle it at no extra cost. Great prices and phenomenal service!
