Wow! Not sure if this guy was having a bad day or what, but may be one of the rudest people I’ve spoken to when inquiring about a service. I called the original number and he said he would have his partner call me back. The second man I spoke to had no customer service, extremely rude and didn’t sound like he wanted to do the work at all!

Here is where he separates himself from most people these days: As I was driving away he flagged me down, asked for the key back and added a glue to the tiny screw that holds the fob together indefinitely, insuring the best possible product. I sent a message on Yelp that I needed a locksmith on Sunday morning at 6:00 AM. A couple hours later David contacted to see if I still needed help. He was at my home in 20 minutes with consistent updates as I requested. He had the car open less then 5 minutes later and a spare key made in the event it happens again. I had not checked other prices but I was very pleased with the price. David is a very polite and respectful guy. He did wear a mask and I could not be happier.
