ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Locked out of my house on accident & so I googled locksmiths. When I called West Phoenix Locksmith, I was told it would be $25 call fee + $25 for labor. Of course I agreed because I need to get back into my house. The tech shows up & opens my door within 5 minutes. Then he hands me a $160 bill. I explained what I was quoted & I was then told that he is an independent contractor & there are NO labor fees. There are flat prices per service + the call fee. So my quote of $50 was an ABSOLUTELY A LIE!!! When I called West Phoenix Locksmith back, he then told me that the quote he gave me was not what he said. & now there is nothing he can do to help due to the tech being an independent contractor. TOTAL BULLSHIT!!!!

We've been using this Key & Lock Shop for a long long time and it's the only place we go for Keys. They're friendly and they do a great job.

Wow! Not sure if this guy was having a bad day or what, but may be one of the rudest people I’ve spoken to when inquiring about a service. I called the original number and he said he would have his partner call me back. The second man I spoke to had no customer service, extremely rude and didn’t sound like he wanted to do the work at all!

Phoenix Lock & Locksmith tech went out of his service area to take care of my problem! Very personable, attentive, he was just really nice to go out of his way to help me!
