My man Todd was absolutely amazing, I went to him to get some key remotes programmed. It was a total bummer it didn’t work out, but Todd didn’t charge me a thing. Instead he told me of a really great alarm system to look into and a wild story behind it! I would recommend this man to anyone who ask!

I lost the key to my Ural motorcycle and I needed a spare to my new pickup.
Andrew took owneship of my problem and found the wierd little blank and hand cut my motorcycle key at less than 1/2 the price of just the key BLANK I'd ordered from Ural.

Was placed on hold for “2-5” minutes till a technician could call me back with pricing info, I ended up waiting 25 minutes on hold, then I hung up and called them again, they answered and hung up. Wish I had help since they were close by.

I was 18 years old at the time, going to school. I remember quite clearly the frustration I had being locked out of my car. I am not a competitor and honestly I never leave reviews unless I am moved for better or worse, sadly this was bad enough to make me leave a review. You may have been busy, or on another call, and I understand that. But if you don’t like a review don’t immediately jump to conclusions, I didn’t even have the motivation to respond to such a comment at the time, if you would have responded by leaving a call back number I’m sure things could have been straightened out. I am a respectful and understanding person, a simply apology and call back number could have easily changed this review.

Great guy to work with! Needed a copy of a hard-to-find key and he went above and beyond to get the right one!

I called Metro Lock re having locks changed out for a client. The Technician arrived within the allotted time, the procedure was done quickly, my client was thrilled!!! I am keeping Metro Lock on my call lists and will recommend them anytime someone asks for a referral.

Just wanted to say that John and his teammate were amazing. They were able to fanagle my safe into a closet that barely fit it. They also took the time and care to not scratch my hardwood floors or make any marks on the wall. They did such a great job that I wanted to tip them, but John saw that I was a veteran and wouldn't accept it and said no, thank YOU for your service. What a great person! I couldn't recommend them enough.

Mordy was great! Has a small hiccup where we discovered an old room mate had actually stolen my battery and he was here to replace my car key. He quickly adapted to the situation and was able to perform the requested service even with an unexpected obstacle! Big thanks!

Locksmith used my bathroom without my permission. Left the toilet seat up. When I called him to address it he just laughed and said if this is a biggest complaint you have about me, I'm doing all right. He did not apologize or acknowledge that a woman lives here, and you do not just go treating spaces like they are your own. We will not be using this business again. When you work in people's homes, you have to conduct yourself with a certain level of consideration and professionalism. As someone who has worked in home health care, I know this like the back of my hand. Entering someone's bathroom with your work shoes and leaving the toilet seat up is inconsiderate.
