I have had Tom Mazor replace my locks at a home I own in Phoenix twice in the past two months. Both times he was on time, worked quickly and got the job done for me at a reasonable cost. This past time he had to re-key three locks and change 4 padlocks and put in a lockbox. While I live in Flagstaff Tom and I communicated by cellphone and Tom did everything I asked of him. He is a real professional and would definitely use him again!

I live in Tulsa, OK and had a car stolen that was recovered in Phoenix. After calling multiple locksmiths trying to get a new key made to have the vehicle shipped back to Oklahoma, I found Todd and couldn't be more grateful. He was professional, friendly and a bright light in a very stressful situation. He communicated thoroughly with me, texted photos of the keys since I wasn't there and even let me know the vehicle started and ran. I hope to never need another locksmith in Phoenix, but if I did, this is the place I would call! Thank you, again for helping me!

I can't say enough nice things about this company, I called talked to Patrick , told him my ignition needed to be replaced , he was out to my home within an hour , I was totally blown away by his efficiency. His prices are get and his customer service was top notch. I will refer anyone I know needing lockout service or ignition repair to him .
