Called Friday 11 am to get help, the guy said a tech will call me back in five minutes, at 5pm I again called back and they told me the tech will call me in five minutes, I told them they were fired.

Locked my keys in trunk. Tom diligently assisted my issue, and got my car unlocked within less than 5 minutes. Highly professional and utterly polite. Recommend these services at Arizona Locksmith. Thank you!

If I could give Todd 10 stars, I would! He made time at a busy time of the year to come fix the lock on my 2004 Honda Accord. No other locksmith in the area would even try to fix it. Because the lock was broken, my automatic locks weren't working and I had no other manual lock on my car, there was no other way for me to get into my car and so my car was not drive-able. He came to me to fix it for that reason. Even though it was an extremely difficult procedure to perform for various reasons (one of them being that my car battery was dead and he jump started it for me in order to perform the procedure), he did not charge me more than his original quote. He was friendly, easy to work with, and super knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone who needs a good locksmith. He also took time to let me know that from the look of the lock someone had tried to break into my car just so I would be aware of that. Talk about someone who cares! He is the best. :)

Big Mike saved the day! Me and my pup had been outside for about an hour in the phoenix heat trying to get into my house, I called ACME and Mike said he'd be able to make it out in about 20 mins, he showed up on time if not sooner AND went above and beyond and gave me water bottle for me and my pup who at this point was panting pretty aggressively for water. Getting us in the house would have been enough but him going above and beyond with his great attitude and handing us water will definitely make them the first person i call in any other lockout situation. Another fake locksmith with a bogus storefront address. If you call the number you are routed to a call center out of state which farms your job out to one of their contractors. I just need a key copied. Don’t pretend you are a local locksmith business with a storefront when you clearly are not. ?

I sent a message on Yelp that I needed a locksmith on Sunday morning at 6:00 AM. A couple hours later David contacted to see if I still needed help. He was at my home in 20 minutes with consistent updates as I requested. He had the car open less then 5 minutes later and a spare key made in the event it happens again. I had not checked other prices but I was very pleased with the price. David is a very polite and respectful guy. He did wear a mask and I could not be happier. If I ever need a locksmith again I will use Sage Locksmith and also referring anyone who needs one to them. Thanks for saving the day and possibly my marriage.

Giving 5 starts as they ended a huge ordeal of a simple task of making copies of keys. I kept getting bad keys from home depot after 4 trips, so I tried these folks out. Metro Lock made the keys in a jiff and all of them perfect. I however need comment that the associate I spoke with was very reluctant to talk to me about the situation until I called back, said the keys worked, and I wanted to thank them. This is a sign that any customer questionscomplaints might also be reluctantly reviewed. I won't dock stars as they completed what they needed and it appeared they would honor refund requests if it was discussed.

The locksmith arrived when they said they would. They were flexible about pricing and were very friendly. The service was top notch.

Quick and efficient!

I decided to get someone to work on our security locks at home. I was only free on weekends and was happy to find a locksmith masters of LLC to do the work. It was such a relief to have those locks successfully installed. I feel much safer at home now.
