Recently I had an issue with my Honda Odyssey's ignition, called Alcatraz Locksmith, spoke with Todd, he knew right away what the problem was, he was very knowledgeable about the problem I was having. Upon his visit, fixing the problem seem to come very easy to him, he did it efficient and in a timely manner. The cost was half the cost of other quotes that I had received. I would definitely use him in the future, and recommend him to anyone.

I had locked myself out of my vehicle and I looked online and saw the reviews and believed Phoenix LockMaster was the way to go. I was told it would be $19.99 just to show up and labor starts at $35. It sounded fair (how much labor could there be?). I was told someone would be calling me right bac to confirm. 10 minutes later I had to call them back to see if someone was coming or not. A few minutes later Tommy called and said he was on his way and would be there in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later he called to say he was close. When he finally arrived he used two air pillows to prop open the door wide enough to pop open the door lock (non electrical locks) and opened the door, less then 3 minutes. He told me my bill was $129. Not sure how we went from $54 to $129. We negotiated a little to $100 (still too high). We contacted region manager, Ron Goldenberg the next business day and discussed how it could jump so high. Ron was quick to resolve the issue and refunded $45. The service was professional, Tommy did do a very good job and Ron was very professional and customer conscious

Contacted via the yelp app today which is a Sunday thinking I would hear back tomorrow. Within an hour I received a response. After sending pictures and explaining the situation, Carol gave me a diy trick to try and it is holding for the time being. If not we will definitely be calling this company to fix or replace the lock. And since we have other keying issues we will call them in the future too! Thanks so much.
