Had her rekey to one key every doorknob and dead bolt. No issues. Can recommend.

I was locked out of my home at about 930 at night they support the open until 10 or maybe 12. There was no answer I just got a cancellation, I left a message and within a half an hour there’s still was no call back. Very poor service for someone who is locked out in my opinion.

First rate service. The locksmith arrived within one hour of my call and promptly assessed and made two new keys for my truck at a very reasonable price. The alternative was to have my truck towed to the dealership and spend $50 more per key. They also assisted me with finding a new remote at reasonable price. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Was hiking and locked myself out of my car, did a quick Google search and was not disappointed with Mr. Lockout! Called them and Carol arrived promptly and helped me out for a flat rate of $50! I would highly recommend her and the company :) Hopefully I won't need their services again (fingers crossed) but if I do I know who to call!

Crazy days are always accompanied by crazy events, right? Couldn't find my car keys or my cell phone. I was in Glendale and needed to be in Downtown Phoenix for an appt. But my key ring to my vehicle had a tag with my home address listed. So I called several locksmiths near me for a solid quote.
1 how much to just open the car door to see if my keys were inside. (I have tinted windows and really couldn't see the floor)
2 how much to rekey if we didn't find them
3 how much to go to my house and do my door locks.
Nobody would give me even a ball park price. A local business owner suggested that I call their mobile locksmith. I did.
Mr Lockout. Gave me a solid price on #s 1 & 2 but said they couldn't tell me about #3 because I couldn't remember what all I have at the house.
Anyway a tiny lady came driving up to my car and Presto she had the door open in a FLASH. Both my keys and phone were on the seat.
I should've left a review this morning, sorry.
I've never needed a locksmith before! I actually had it in my mind somehow that they're all guys! Great surprise.

After my house key bent trying to unlock my front gate, I found this company on my Google Maps app and saw all of the positive reviews. So I called them up. After a roughly 45 minute wait, a man arrived (I didn't get his name, but he had a fairly long beard for the management's information) and after showing him the damaged key; he took it and made a copy of it in less than 5 minutes and had the gate unlocked a minute later. Considering I live in a neighborhood that isn't the safest, that speedy service was very much appreciated. Excellent job and I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Excelllent job overall great prices friendly but most importantly Carol did a phenomenal job. She really cares about her customers. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a locksmith!

Locked myself out of my car and called every locksmith under the sun. Seriously. Mr. Lockout by far has the cheapest price. They charge 50$ during the day vs. Everyone else who charges 75$+. Extremely friendly, got here right on time, and literally took 30 seconds. Highly recommended!

These guys are amazing. I have had Mr. Lockout make hundreds of car keys for me and they are always reasonable and professional. They spend the time required to do the job right every time. We called this company when one of our employees locked his keys in the back of his vehicle. They came out very PROMPTLY, and provided service at a PHENOMENAL price! We will definitely use them again if we ever need such services!

Contacted via the yelp app today which is a Sunday thinking I would hear back tomorrow. Within an hour I received a response. After sending pictures and explaining the situation, Carol gave me a diy trick to try and it is holding for the time being. If not we will definitely be calling this company to fix or replace the lock. And since we have other keying issues we will call them in the future too! Thanks so much.

Last week Mr. Lockout (a.k.a. Carol) came to replace some entry door handles to our home. Carol installed two electronic keypad entry handles and programmed several personalized codes into them. Additionally she changed out some door handles and rekeyed those to match others she had previously rekeyed. (Confusing? yes.)

I cannot give Mr. Lockout enough praise. Not only did the charges come in slightly below estimate, I am thrilled with the work. I have worked with great locksmiths in other cities in which I've resided, but Carol Brown is far superior. She is timely, professional, and cleans up after herself. Additionally, she counsels on best security practices. I feel so much safer in my home after following Carol's recommendations. She patiently taught me about the security features of the new hardware, showed me how to change batteries, and taught me how to program codes into and delete codes from the electronic locks.

Mr. Lockout not only does the work, she provides a service. All this at a very fair price! I am so thrilled with the service I received. I will never use a locksmith in this area other than Mr. Lockout!

How are you going to tell me what time your coming then cancel on me and tell me to call a different company. Never would I recommend this place to anyone telling everyone I know to call someone esle
