Highly recommend these guys to anyone. Cut a spare key and was even able to retrieve my lost key from the drain. Such a great rate and friendly people also! For anyone unsure who to call we highly recommend M & P Locksmith!

Called to get an estimate and quoted me a great price but once he arrived he changed his tune and said my car was going to be more expensive and I reminded him he already quoted me and should have asked me over the phone at anytime. The process was exactly what he would have done ANY other car but because my car was “special” he thought he could charge me more. However, he held true to his commitment over the phone and charged me the initial quote. I really respected that. Would definitely use them again. Make sure you let him know what make and model you have before accepting a quote.

Mendel was awesome. He was very personable and helpful. He showed me what was going on with the locks I was having problems with and explained everything he was doing. He had the locks I needed re-keyed finished quickly too. I think he is the best locksmith I've ever had help me out. I was so happy that I was able to get service on Sunday. I got a call back within five minutes and he was at my place in under 30 minutes. I do not think you can ask for better than that. You guys will be the first people I call if I need any help with lock issues in the future. Thank you so much! I feel so much better.

Locked my keys in my car and called these guys to come save the day. The tech that worked on my car was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Didn't even take him 5 minutes to unlock my CTS-V and get my keys out. Would definitely recommend using these guys as I will continue to do so.

Best Lock service I've ever used! I've been locked out of my car and house a couple of different times in the past and it took well over an hour for the guys to arrive. LockMaster arrived with in 15 min and opened my car door within two min! They were very professional and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them!!!

ANYONE WHO WAS TOLD YOU GET A DISCOUNT FOR A 5 STAR REVIEW, REMEMBER YOU CAN GO BACK AND EDIT IT TO A DIFFERENT SCORE AND COMMENT!

I was in a jam and they were the lowest rate I could get over the phone. When they showed up the rates quickly went up from what I was quoted. The only way I could get it down was if I could write a 5 star review and screenshot and text it to the locksmith so he could unlock my car.

They are scammers, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

EDIT: Since I can't reply to the companies response, I will add it here to clarify. Pay close attention to how they didn't address the screenshot comment I made. They don't ask for use to write a review for feedback, they specifically said that the only way to get it lowered to anywhere near the quote was to give it a 5 star rating, screenshot, and send it to them. They are taking advantage of your situation to get better ratings on google.

They ask what the make and model is before they get there, there is no reason they can't give an exact quote over the phone. If they pull this, send them away empty handed.

Johnny and his partner were able to meet me quickly. They not only re-keyed my locks, but also fixed a couple problem locks, as well. Not cheap, but they worked quickly and got the job done!

I called Phoenix Lock Master today, needing an appointment last minute. They were able to schedule me within the hour. Tom called right away to confirm the time and location. He was at my house prior to set time. He was professional, walking me through all of the options and seeing what would be the best for me. I am very pleased and will call again should I need the services.

I was very impressed how Mike arrived at the exact time he said he would. He explained the fees to remove some padlocks I needed removed. He was very quick and efficient in getting the locks removed. I really like that I did not have to wait around long for him to arrive. He did a great job!

I had locked myself out of my vehicle and I looked online and saw the reviews and believed Phoenix LockMaster was the way to go. I was told it would be $19.99 just to show up and labor starts at $35. It sounded fair (how much labor could there be?). I was told someone would be calling me right bac to confirm. 10 minutes later I had to call them back to see if someone was coming or not. A few minutes later Tommy called and said he was on his way and would be there in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later he called to say he was close. When he finally arrived he used two air pillows to prop open the door wide enough to pop open the door lock (non electrical locks) and opened the door, less then 3 minutes. He told me my bill was $129. Not sure how we went from $54 to $129. We negotiated a little to $100 (still too high). We contacted region manager, Ron Goldenberg the next business day and discussed how it could jump so high. Ron was quick to resolve the issue and refunded $45. The service was professional, Tommy did do a very good job and Ron was very professional and customer conscious

Made an appointment to have a new key made and programmed for my gf's GS300. The guy said he had to confirm he could do it. He called back. Confirmed they could do it and it would be $250. I made the appointment for 1pm the following day. The following day, 1pm comes around, 120 comes around and no contact from anyone. I call and they tell me that instead it will be $650. I get here may have been a mistake made, but apparently even keeping the appointment time was of no priority either.

Long story short I had my keys stolen by someone I know. I called Phoenix LockMaster and their locksmith Tom arrived within 20 minutes! Tom re-keyed 5 of my locks into my home within 1 hour. He was very friendly and professional. I now no longer have to worry for the safety of my home. I'd recommend this company to anyone!

If i could rate ZERO i would...I lost my full set of keys , I called this company at 11pm and got a quote for a new key for my car which has a chip in it...I was told the key would cost 144 including the service fee of 19 dollars. I was also told the serviceman would arrive in 30 minutes. About 15 minutes later i received a text message saying the service guy was stuck..no explanation...I asked when could they come and they said tomorrow morning same pricing. I said okay, 15 minutes later I recieved another text saying they gave me the wrong pricing for the key and it would be 335. i said nevermind and made a new claim with AAA after i already cancelled it. Today I had no keys to get in my room and called this company again because of all the great reviews...The man said he was on his way, and didnt even get here until over an hour later. When i called, i specified that i needed a whole new key made and was locked out..i asked for pricing and this man said keys starting at 35 plus 19 service fee...i was charged 160 dollars and asked the service man how it got so high if if keys start at 35.. He told me the 35 dollara are for the knobs with holes in them. This place is faulty , i was told on the phone for a key being made and getting in started at 35..the doors with HOLES DONT NEED KEYS!!!! And when i told the serviceman about my issue from last night, he denied this phone number and said its not the same company just lying, i showed him text messages and everything.. I called the man back and he said he would get in touch with me in 24 hours. I do not recommend this company AT ALL!

I had the pleasure to have Tom come to my investment property and replace several door locks that were very poor quality upon my acquisition of the property. He spent time educating me on various lock options and their safety advantages. He was also patient and helpful as I had to come up with a reasonable plan on how to get the best value for my money. Phoenix lock master was at our door with in a few minutes of initial phone call. They were very informative, knowledgeable and thorough. Made sure we where satisfied. There was no hassle or run around and was price very reasonable. Would use their services again and i do recommend them.. but hopefully won't ever lose my car keys anytime soon.

Very professional, understanding, and customer service focused. I was locked out of my apartment after hours and Phoenix Lockmaster arrived in a speedy time-frame. They were able to get into my apartment without having to drill the lock. There was a miscommunication with the invoice, and after contacting the office the next day; all concerning issues were solved. I can not thank Ron enough for being understanding, assisting me with the concerning problem, and keeping me informed. I will be using these guys from now on, just hopefully not any time soon. ;)

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars! I was told on the phone the 19.95 service fee and $35 starting labor charge and then I SPECIFICALLY asked how much it would be for my husband specific make and model and year and was given an estimate and then when they got there to pop my husbands lock they DOUBLED the price we were given!!!! Prices are WAAAAAAAY too high and not justifiable and I was told one thing then charged another. Plus they didn't even tell my husband how much it would be till AFTER they popped the lock. You should NEVER pay more than $60-$70 to have a lock unlocked that doesn't need to be rekeyed.

Review of my experience. Basically can my keys were stuck in the truck and the person sent over was Micheal. He attempted many ways and offered to keep attempting. Overall we all learned new things. My keys were indeed retrieved .

Needed 3 new locks at my business. I called at 3pm on Wednesday, they came 30 minutes later. Technician needed to go to warehouse to get correct locks, was back in 30 minutes. Another 1 hour and all 3 were installed and tumbled to the company key. Great service!

Just tried to get me! the guy quoted me 19.95 service charge, 35 starting rate. 55 right...dont need it rekeyed just unlock the door. The guy arrives and say 100 plus service charge..GTFOH...sent him on his way you should never pay more than 60 bucks to unlock a door it its like 7 minutes worth of work.

First of all, it is very easy to make appointment with Phoenix Lock Master. There is always some one to pick up the phone. Second, the technician C.J. called in advance and came to my house right on time. C J did a quick and fantastic job to open two pad locks much faster than I expected. Great work!

I called in a panick requesting a locksmith for my elderly parents who managed to lock themselves out of their house. The person who answered assured me he would get a tech to help ASAP. 1 minutes after hanging up the phone, Tom called to let me know he was on his way. He got there in about 10 minutes. Tom was very professional, keeping in contact with me and my parents. I recommend this to anyone looking for fast, professional service.

I did call a company before calling Phoenix Masterlock, but they never even answered.

Best company.

I locked myself out of my house around 8pm. I called Phoenix Lockmaster after searching the closest locksmith to me with the best reviews. My call was answered promptly and it only took the technican 25 minutes to get to my house. Once the techinican arrived, he simply verifed I lived at the property and quickly opened my front door shortly after. The reponse time and professionalism was very much apprecaited. I know there are many options for a locksmith in the valley but this company is definatley top notch and I would highly recommend!

Our home was burglarized and a key was taken along with many valuables. I called Phoenix Lockmaster to get the locks changed and because they like to respond immediately and were already helping a customer they sent one of the subcontractors they have an agreement with, Although the subcontractor was very courteous the price was way too high and the hardware they installed was of poor quality. Ron G. the regional manager for Phoenix Locksmith listened to the complaint and immediately guaranteed satisfaction. He sent out one of his senior technicians to evaluate the job, they replaced the hardware with locks of very high quality and refunded an agreed to amount to my credit card. They also corrected the situation with that sub who wasn't meeting their high standards. I would highly recommend Phoenix Locksmith for any job. Ron was willing to do whatever it took even if he would lose money to ensure satisfaction.

Our door handle on the main door we use to get in and out of our home broke....at 5:30pm on a Friday night of course! I thought there was no way we were going to get reasonably priced help at that time. But when I called Phoenix Lockmaster they answered right away. As promised, the nearest technician called me within ten minutes and they were at our home working on replacing the broken doorknob in 30 minutes. Nick was timely and courteous - within 90 minute of finding it broken, it's all fixed! And they didn't jack up the price for coming in the evening on a weekend. Phoenix Lockmaster wasn't the first place I called - but it should have been! And if I need anything again for my locks, it will be. Thank you :)
