Cory was very responsive in helping me the same day I called for service creating a key so we could lock up 6 storage bins on our business truck. His customer service was excellent and I am going to hire him for personal job at our house.
Fast response, fair price and quality service. My friend needed his mailbox lock change as someone continued to steal his mail. I was recommended by another locksmith to contact Cory as might be able to help me a small Sentry Fire Safe. I needed a key as I thought it was locked when I bought it at auction. Well, Cory came shortly after I called and asked if I tried to open it. He pushed down on the top and it opened with manual and two keys inside. I felt like a fool. Cory did an amazing job. I called to get lock changed on our mailbox and he was out within 15 minutes. He was also almost $100 less than one quote I received. After having a house key disappear under suspicious circumstances, we spent an uneasy night guarding our doors and researching locksmiths. Old Glory has excellent reviews, an A+ Better Business Bureau rating and many years of operation. Cory answered my early morning call, figured the cost and scheduled to arrive that same morning. He's a complete professional, did a superb job cleaning and rekeying 22 locks and explained clearly any details required. We could not be more pleased with speed, quality, price and his professionalism. You can't go wrong!
Words cannot express how grateful I am for Cory! First off, losing your apartment keys the night before a holiday is nerve wracking as it is, but Cory was the only one who got back to me out of all the companies I attempted to call. He was communicative and gave me updates on his arrival time!

Corey came to my brothers home to open a safe with electronic lock due to no battery power. Corey worked patiently on the problem and used invasive procedure only after trying all other non invasive procedures which were necessary due to previous locksmith drilling into the lock. He got the safe opened and was able to correct battery problem, My brother is elderly with alzheimers and nearly blind and Corey was so patient with him explaining what he was doing and conversing with my brother. I needed to have my home re-keyed after someone broke into my house. I called Cory and he was at my house within an hour. He was super nice and very professional. Great Great Great Service!!! Not only was Cory very professional, he went above and beyond changing 8 locks in our rental property. I was about 40 minutes away from the property at my daughters first kindergarten class party and I mistakenly took the keys he needed before he showed up. I felt terrible having to pull my daughter away from her party after she was extremely excited, however Cory was VERY kind and worked with what he could. Great news: my daughter was able to enjoy her party and we were able to catch him before he left the property. Allowing my 5 year old to yell out a BIG thank you from our car window :)

Excellent service, came out and was very prepared and completed the task in a short time! Follow up is also being handled expeditiously! Thumbs up! After he left from his first visit, Cory kept in contact with me in finding an extra lock for a cabinet I initially needed keys for! After about three days he had another lock and key, he called and delivered it within a few minutes of receiving the new lock! What fantastic service, dedication, and expediency, in fulfilling my needs for a new lock and new keys for the old locks! By the way he researched and found new locks that fit the old style keys for the older locks so now even the new lock is unnoticeable from the old ones! Second time we had Cory come out and do locks. The first time he re-keyed our exterior locks. The second time we had an interior door locked and realized we had no key. Cory got back to me immediately and came out that evening to rekey my locks. He was prompt and efficient and the rate was very reasonable. He took the time to show me how the key pad codes could be changed. I would call him again if I needed the service of a locksmith.
I had accidentally locked my keys in the house by accident and after googling locksmiths I called the first one listed which was Quality Lock & Key and was told that they wouldn't be out for at least 2 hours.. That time frame was completely unacceptable since it's summertime and I had my 9 month baby with me. On the day we moved in to our new home, I found out the hard way that our home has self-locking doors. I locked myself out (along with my mom and kids) with all keys and phones inside. I borrowed a neighbor's phone to call my husband, and told him to call Old Glory Locksmith since I had fortuitously researched locksmiths earlier that week and had made an appointment with Cory to rekey the house later that week. Cory arrived within 20 minutes, quickly let us inside, and offered to rekey the house right then too, to save us an additional service fee. Above superior. My experience with this locksmith leaves me with the impression that they operate w excellency. He was able to get to my house within an hour and had unlocked my door AND made me a spare key in less than half an hour. The technician was so kind and respectful. Great service. Needed a doorknob replaced and I didn’t know you could key a new knob to match all the other locks on the home. I expected to have to rekey everything, but I got my new knob and paid less than I expected. They were quick to respond to their website form and we corresponded via text message to schedule. Easy!

Corey went above and beyond his work to fix our front door lock that had been broken before we moved in and our realtor decided to tell us the door lock was simply stuck and that we should spray WD-40 to help it! Complete BS beware of Arizona premier! We didn't mind paying Corey for his services and thank him for being honest and fixing our garage door opener as well since that stoped working too!
I am very impressed with expertise of Old Glory Locksmith. I have a turn of the century safe that needed to be keyed. Most locksmiths would not know were to start on such an old safe. Old Glory Locksmith took 2 hours to get the difficult job done. It required the lock to be picked, taken apart, and then keyed. Nice job Corey. Will use your business again!

Honestly some of the best service I've ever had. Decided to have my new house re-keyed and it was scheduled and done within just a few hours. Very accommodating to your own personal needs. My locksmith even came in the middle of the night without me present to re-key the house and threw in an extra key for free. I would highly, highly recommend this company.

I had an amazing experience with this company. I called various lock smiths and none were able to come out and open my BMW 328i because of the type of car it is.. Old glory on the other hand arrived on time and worked extremely hard until the job was done which wasn't an easy one. He had to pop my hood to charge my battery just to get the power locks unlocked and mind u BMW hood opener is in a difficult location. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again without question for needed be.

While my family was in the Phoenix area for a small vacation we called Old Glory Locksmith (Cory) to unlock our car which I locked us out of. I called several locksmiths in the area, I thought they were all nuts. I found old Glory and spoke with corey. It was so refreshing to speak with somone who obviously cared about my needs, he also quoted me the best price plus after explaining the situation, he went out of his way to come that night and redo 5 locks. At 9:30 pm. Not only did he not charge me the emergency 100.$ Evryone else wanted ,he gave me back 20 bucks cause it turned out less then he quoted.
Absolutely one of those finds you want to tell evrybody.
Added him to my contacts first one I will call when in need.
Fast and efficient had all house locks re-keyed not sure what it should cost but was very reasonable will definitely use old glory again

I locked myself out of my house because I lost my key. Not only were they able to help me with my house lockout but they were also able to rekey my locks and help me obtain new keys. Super fast. Super professional. I would definitely use them again.

I called this company to get copies for several of my keys. The guy that picked up had bad customer service and was extremely rude.. he also did not know what an inclosed trailer door was . Stay away from this company. Would not recommend
