Alright, so I was having the worst day of my life when my key got wet and wouldn’t start my car and Eric came out and made me a key in no time! He’s super friendly, great customer service and has a sense of humor. Great guy to have apart of your guys brand/business!

Exceptional service. Responded immediately to my text for service. Came out the next day and repaired my door handle and also adjusted the door so it would no longer stick. I asked if he could get my bedroom door to latch and he fixed that too. I hadn't been able to get it to latch for five years and he fixed in less than 5 minutes. Reasonable price as well.

I believe our locksmith was named Drew, and he was quick, knowledgeable, and showed up at 5 on the dots after calling to make sure the time was still good (my window was 5-8!) He was polite, clean, and in the wake of the “virus” he came equipped with wipes to clean the door knobs afterwards lol!
