Called for replacement of key fob. Yes they could do it and would call back with estimate. After having to change appt. several times and having to order parts, never called, showed up, or call with estimate. Still dont have a new fob and have to start all over again with someone else! Not reliable.

Very good service! Hector was my locksmith and was splendid. He showed up 25 minutes after I spoke to him, which was fairly fast considering it was 9PM. He rightaway got to the job. It took a bit of time to do because my house is brand new but I’d rather it be hard to get in than easy! He was very kind and even showed me a few neat tricks about my door that I didn’t even know. Would definitely recommend Hector to any of my friends and family for future lockouts...

Pablo was a great hardworking gentleman who not only showed up asap, but just had a car accident on the way here. He was very curtious, communicated to me that this accident happened and that he would be here by 5:30, which he was. He worked so hard for at least 3 hours but unfortunately he was unable to do the job due to an extremely old type of lock on the front door and apologized to me profusely. I told him I appreciated his hard work. He is a huge asset to your company and I truly feel he did everything he could to try help our situation.
