Offered 100$ to get my keys out my car & when he got here , he changed the price to 300$ Because i have an old base model dodge charger which to him classified as a sports car. felt like he was trying to scam me. It should never cost 300$ to get your keys out! Many other services out there thatll do it for less than half that price. Watch out for this guy.

Great service. Came the same day and took care of our problem right away. My Doctor used him at home and called him to the office for his help. Would recommend to everyone in need.

He rekeyd some locks at one house, then fixed another lock at a second house. Everything works great. I put his contact info in my phone and will 100% call him next time.

Todd with Alcatraz Locksmith saved us! My son managed to lose both sets of keys to our truck! After getting an outrageous quote from the Toyota dealer (tow vehicle 18 mi to dealership, labor charge of $135/hr for 2-3 hours and price of $45 per key), Todd met us that afternoon and made two transponder keys within 30 minutes! Both gentlemen were awesome!!! helped me immediately with a relatively complex issue with Land Rover keys. they were able to repair a botched key cut somewhere else and make two duplicates for me from my key that had significant wear on it. Also were able to program the Land Rover keys within minutes. Highly recommend them!!!

It is never a good day when you lock your keys in your car. Especially when that’s where your purse, diapers and car seats are. I called a TON of places and the prices were crazy all over the place, I had people say “I will be there in 30,” and 2 hours later no one comes still. I got in touch with Phillip and when he said “25 minutes” I didn’t believe him. He showed up in 20 minutes, super polite, quick and efficient. He was very professional, and kind. He explained everything to me and was done in u def 5 minutes. I will definitely be using him in the future for any locksmith services I need. Excellent service, highly recommend.

Have used Nick a couple of times now ....of course not because I wanted to...lol...locked keys in the car was the first ....he picked up the phone after hours and met up with me in 30 minutes ...great professional experience ...second was more unique...needed him to meet my neighbor at my house to pick my front door lock (pet sitter AWOL while on vacation)....arrived at the agreed time 6am....helped resolve the situation ....and waited until I arrived back in town to settle up...thanks for the great service...highly recommended

Kyle from Locksmith Guru is the man! My friends and I accidentally locked our keys in our car. Kyle showed up quick and got the job done quick. We were in a hurry and he came through. Not only did he provide great service but he was super friendly. I know coming in on a Sunday night is not anyones pick for a fun time but he set that aside and helped us out with such a great attitude it felt like an old friend was helping us out! I'd give Kyle 10 stars if that was an option.
