Great service. I was having a bad day. My key broke late on a Sunday. I was stranded. Every single locksmith I called was trying to charge me 350+ to come out and do a job that Johnathan did for 200. Very quick service came out and did a great job for a very good price. Super nice guy aswell definently not trying to take advantage of anyone's situation.

Todd with Alcatraz Locksmith was very professional and amazingly skilled at his job with comparable prices. We had originally scheduled an appointment for Sunday to have Alcatraz come out and key the ignition to our Suzuki Samurai after my son lost the only key. But within an hour of hanging up, Todd called back saying he had a cancellation and could be at our location in a few minutes. Within 15-20 min of Todd's arrival he had carved out two brand new keys and the Suzuki was on the road again. I will be using Alcatraz Locksmith for my future locksmith needs and will recommend them to my family and friends. My son learned some very valuable lessons today and we both learned Alcatraz Locksmith is a company we will both work with again in the future. Thanks again Todd!

They provided great service, were fast, and able to take care of my lock issue within the same day I called.

After 1 day 1/2 they have not contacted me back regarding a key. Had to call twice and still no response.

My mother-in-law had locked herself out of her condo on a weekend. We did a quick Google search and PickNick came up. We called and he arrived in less than 30 minutes. Less than 5 minutes later we were in the condo where my mother-in-law's keys were laying on the table. He made us two more copies of the key so my mother-in-law could leave one with friends close by and the other with us in case of future issues. He was professional, courteous and kind. We plan to keep his business card just in case.

I hired the company to rekey two doors and I was very pleased with how quick the whole process was. The one who came in our house is very friendly and approachable. I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Had an issue with a security door that needed to be addressed quickly. They were prompt, professional and kept me informed with what needed to be replaced and/or fixed. Highly recommend.

Fast service though deceptive.
I called them for a quote last week during the night. They would not offer the quote without visiting.
I later requested service through my home warranty service and decided to go with them.
I told ASAP Locksmith that I would not be going with them.
I got a call the next morning from one of their techs, asked if they were the locksmith referred by my home warranty service and they said they were and we scheduled service.

Hours later the actual company dispatched by my home warranty called to set up service. I told them their tech was at my house. They said they had not set up service yet. Red flags.

I called the tech working at my house and they referred to his manager Max who said that they were a third party sent by the company I was dispatched to, though they still identified as representing the warranty dispatched company.

After a few back and forth phone calls, I got ahold of tech supervisor from warranty dispatched company and attempted to call Max with no response. Got ahold of tech working at my house who had just finished work on my house. He identified as working for the company I declined service from the previous night and again was referred to Max.

Max never returned my call or text about the matter.

A couple hours later, ASAP's customer service called me to ask how everything went. I explained the situation and that I feel deceived. They said they would forward my comments and contact information to the complaint department. Before I could respond, I got hung up on.

I never received a call back. I gave them a week and I am now writing this review.

Pros: Work was done. Tech was nice and skillful.

Cons: Deceptive, claimed they were other company. Ended up paying twice what I would of with the other company. Went radio silent after work was done. Pushy in the way they kept calling even after I declined service.

Kyle was AMAZING! I was locked out of my home after hours. He got there super fast and went above and beyond to help me get back into my home! He even had an identical lock with him that he was able to sell me, re-key it and install it!!! I would definitely use Locksmith guru again and Kyle is a huge part of that!

I also called several of the Google recommendations and locksmith guru was the ONLY one who answered their phone with a LIVE person!!! That is HUGE when you're locked out.

Daniel was awesome! He is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! He came out quickly and opened up my Jaguar without leaving a mark.
