Great family run business great service

I live in Tulsa, OK and had a car stolen that was recovered in Phoenix. After calling multiple locksmiths trying to get a new key made to have the vehicle shipped back to Oklahoma, I found Todd and couldn't be more grateful. He was professional, friendly and a bright light in a very stressful situation. He communicated thoroughly with me, texted photos of the keys since I wasn't there and even let me know the vehicle started and ran. I hope to never need another locksmith in Phoenix, but if I did, this is the place I would call! Thank you, again for helping me!

Each of our service vans contains a set of keys for trailers, etc. We trusted Metro Lock to replicate two full sets of keys for our newer vans. All of the keys are for different kinds of locks, which he was able to easily replicate. For the one key that presented a challenge, he was able to manually sand it to get it to work. First of all, it is very easy to make appointment with Phoenix Lock Master. There is always some one to pick up the phone. Second, the technician C.J. called in advance and came to my house right on time. C J did a quick and fantastic job to open two pad locks much faster than I expected. Great work!

I was on my way with my boss to sign a new contract. We were focused, well-prepared, and hoping for new cooperation. None of us would have thought we would be nervous about locking the car with the keys inside. But such situations sometimes arise, and no one is immune from them. I knew a locksmith's phone number, but he said he could only come in 2 hours. Since we couldn't wait, I quickly googled your number. In half an hour, you solved our problem. Now I know who I will contact in similar situations!

I called him and asked if he can do RV KEYS.. he said he can and he probably can come by later today 09.05 .. I told him That will be great, because i am going HUNTING on Friday and would be nice. When he heard world HUNTING .... he said yeah you see i was really busy yesterday too and i got home around 10 pm I will see what I can do. I gave him my number and called around 5 pm never answered the phone. It's his business and he can refuse the service to anyone, Same as me, I can leave a review if I feel like he refuse the service because he doesn't like HUNTERS or probably 2nd Amendment! BTW.. I fixed my RV keys this morning. I called the dealer gave them a code and each keys was $6.00.
