Installed a double deadbolt after having it rekeyed and couldn’t get it to function properly. Big Mike came to the house that same day, resolved two issues with the lock (one of which was installer error...ok, so I’m def not handy!) in a timely manner. Super friendly and professional and would recommend to my clients, without hesitation.

Spent over 200 to get 3 doors rekeyed. He said my screen door needed a whole new lock and handle so he put one on and now the screen door doesn't clasp when i shut it. I asked for a business card and he said it would be on the invoice but i never got one of those either. I even called after they left when i realized my receipt was never sent to me and it's been days and i still haven't received it. I've tried calling but just get hung up on.

The techian opens the door withi 10 mins and the price is reasonable as promised. Tks

Absolute gypos! Quoted $30 service charge plus $70 an hour. Came in 15 minutes, did 5 minutes work to get me in my RV and then said the charge was $130! I paid in cash because I didn’t trust the guy with my cc or bank info and he had no way to give me a receipt. He threatened to call the police when I would only pay him $100!
