This place is great. They do vehicle keys as well as house keys. The guy behind the counter was super friendly and made sure my keys fit my car before I took off. Really fast service as well. I would recommend him to anyone.

Needed lock removed and rekeyed. They warped cylinder and tried charging me 70 dollars more they charge 50 fee for coming and separate 30 for service. They left the job half done and still expected full price!!! Do not recommend. I recommend Rigos Locksmith who was willing to correct their error for less then 1/3 the price so they charged me $150 for a lock and it wasn't even a knew lock!!!

One of my clients dogs somehow managed to turn the deadbolt on one of my business doors, leaving me locked out of the room and the dog locked in! Kyler M. squeezed us into his busy schedule and made it out to my business in North Phoenix in under 30 minutes. He had the door opened in just a few minutes and was so friendly from start to finish. Had a key made by Drew and he was easily one of the friendliest people I've met. Great customer service. It was 10 minutes before closing time and had to walk back to my car around the corner to make sure the key worked and he told me just to give him a call if I had any issues and he would stay open a little later to make sure it was taken care of. Highly recommend!

True story...PickNick Locksmith hands down the BEST locksmith I’ve encountered.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND PICKNICK LOCKSMITH.
He was surprisingly fast, humorous, & just down to earth guy.
I locked myself out of my house at about 6:45am.
Nick gave me a range of prices that Where reasonable. He came within a 20min time frame during rush hour he was there maybe 7 mins. I paid him and he made a bad start of the turn out Good.
I called locksmith guru (do NOT use them) and they wouldn’t even give me any type of info. (FYI I didn’t request their services and they showed up anyways, after PickNick was done... and charged me a service fee).

These guys are amazing! Answered right away and had convenient availability. Hands down the best prices and options of any of the other locksmiths I called including the dealership. They reprogrammed the key to my Honda Civic when mine broke and even came to my location. Very knowledgeable and professional - would recommend to anyone having car key/alarm issues.

Outrageous pricing. After closing the trunk to my rental with the keys inside and discovering there was no external trunk release I had to call a locksmith. I had a flight to catch in less than two hours, so I had to take the first available locksmith. Unfortunately, Locksmith Guru was the first available. They took advantage of my emergency situation and charged me $280 for all of 5 minutes of work. Yes, you read that correctly: two hundred and eighty dollars. That price was almost double the plane ticket itself. If I didn't have a friend with me who needed to get home that day I would have told these guys where to go. I guess I need to get in the locksmith business-from the time I called to the locksmith leaving took under an hour. That's $280/hour-never heard of something so ridiculous in my entire life. I would leave 0 stars if I could.

In response to the owner's response, I did call their management. All they told me was that $280 was a fair price and that sometimes they charge even more - in excess of $300 for some cases. Wow!
