What can I say, Todd is great. I bought a vehicle (Hummer H3) that was sans Key Fobs. I ordered some replacements as well as a factory key, but found out I couldn't program the fobs without the use of a special GM Scan Tool. The dealer would have charged over $100 and took hours to get me out, but one call to Todd, and he got me set up within a matter of minutes. Literally. To boot, I was in a pinch and couldn't make it to the area he was in, so he agreed to meet me a few miles from my house the following day while he was on another job. The whole thing cost me a fraction of what I would have paid at the dealer and I was in and out in 5 minutes. The guy is pretty funny and quick-witted as well, so that makes it fun. I'll be back for any locksmith related work in the future. 5 Stars and thanks again Todd! You are a Legend!

I went to ACME on 8.24.16 because I lost my keys to my Lexus GS300. I was greeted by a young man name Brian.Brian went above and beyond for me. Brian was absolutely wonder. He was nice and kind to my family and I. He provided me with A+ customer service. I would definitely go back if needed and would definitely recommend this locksmith. Fast and reliable! I called after 5pm on Christmas Eve and he was here in 10 minutes. Price was very reasonable—better than what others in the area quoted me.

Absolutely stellar service. Straightforward about pricing. And super fair. Always seems like he wants to do more for you. He even had an emergency lockout call in the middle of replacing and programming my key fob. He told that other client that he apologizes sincerely but he would be better off finding another locksmith only because it's urgent and quite frankly he's too far away. Honesty, positivity, professionalism, and true knowledge of his craft. I can't say enough about Nick. He'll be the first guy I call, if ever I need a locksmith.

I recently had my locks changed at my office. It involved four doors with one key. Ken the technician was able to go out to his mobile office and create four cylinder locks that all used the same key. Wow, does that make it easier! I would highly recommend this company. They solved my problem fast because of there mobility.
