Would highly recommend Leslie’s. I’ve had them clean my home multiple times and they are detailed and thorough. Everything is spotless when they leave. Scheduling is easy and dependable.

I am giving this company 2 stars mainly for being punctual and bringing all their own supplies. However, while the two women that cleaned were very nice, they did not do a thorough job. I had to clean most of my office. I have a small glass shelf (3 shelves) with pictures on it, along with a book case. They dusted the pictures but did not dust the shelves, therefore, there was a line of dust under the pictures and my knick knacks on both. They also only dusted a few pictures in plastic frames on my wall in another room and I had to ask them to clean them all and not just a few.

I called the owner to pay, and her attitude was full of excuses about why they didn't thoroughly clean. No apologies or understanding, just excuses. It's so disheartening when a company is so independent that it doesn't care about each individual customer. If it were my company, I would have offered a free cleaning just to keep a new customer and good word of mouth. Shame on them!

And the icing on the cake...they charged me twice as much as the quote as they had to stay longer to complete the job. I would have been happy to pay the extra if they did a thorough job!

We have used Sean Harrison and his Arizona Cleaning for almost a year. Prior to that we would use single independent cleaners. We were happy with the results. However now that we use Arizona Cleaning, we would not go back to a single independent. There are several differences. Firstly Sean runs a very professional company. His cleaning methods are logical and consistent. The equipment is first class. Most importantly however is the fact he uses four people to completely clean our home in around two hours. We have well over 3,000 sq ft. They provide one of the very best cleaning services that we have experienced.

One of the cleaners was fast and efficient and good. The others seemed to have no experience, were slow and did not respond to requests, and spent most of their time talking to each other. Near the lowest value I have ever seen from a cleaning company. At least they were on time.

We sold our home and hired Special Ops to come out last minute and clean for the new buyer. They were there as planned, even a little early which is great, they sent extra help too! The ladies that cleaned were thorough and friendly, they did a great job! The house looked sparkling and smelled amazing when we left. Their customer service is exceptional too! Hired this company for a move-out cleaning. The representative who scheduled the 2:30pm job calls to inform us that their assigned cleaner is running late- says they should arrive no more than half and hour. The cleaner assigned to my home was over 2 hours late, not a half an hour. It’s quarter to 5pm and the young lady apologizes and seemed ready to start the job only to find out an hour in and not much cleaning done- she informs me she needs to leave to pick up her partner to help with the job, apparently. She leaves and doesn’t arrive until after 6pm with no partner. Two hours later the downstairs is no where near finished and she still needs to do the upstairs etc. Came to find out she had left again without notifying us- she leaves our garage door open and arrives back acting very strung out. At this point we are exhausted because it’s after 8:30pm waiting for this cleaning to be finished. Our move-out service is clearly not going to be completed with in the next hour and I’m not going to allow this to drag out any longer. Obviously this employee is unprofessional and given the time as it’s so late in the evening, we ask her to leave. Overall, this service was a dumpster fire and I’m very disappointed. Money and time wasted!!
