Best Carpet Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Geez, I don't know how to spell her name - Ci Ci?? She helped me once before and I liked her, so I requested her for today as well as for my next cleaning. I've used two other services in the past, plus independent people, and definitely like Maid Easy the best!!!!

It was very good, I spoke with jasmine, she was very professional, as well as Leslie. Payment was easy, I chose Zelle just because it easier that way.

The first time they came to clean they did ok. I decided to give them another chance. The second chance was a disaster. When I pointed to dust they didn’t even touch and sofas they didn’t vacuum, they said this is too much we map floor and leave. I was shocked. If you want to donate money, you can find a better place

One of the cleaners was fast and efficient and good. The others seemed to have no experience, were slow and did not respond to requests, and spent most of their time talking to each other. Near the lowest value I have ever seen from a cleaning company. At least they were on time.

Team Julie always leaves me with a smile on my face. They are so professional, on time, high energy levels of all the crew members and best of all the house is spotless when they leave. Crystal and Brittany came out to do some deep cleaning for our home. Due to health issues and a hard, low energy pregnancy, we fell behind on our daily cleaning and it got to a point where we became overwhelmed with where to start cleaning, which caused it to get worse. I walked them through my home to let them know what was a priority, and without judgment or hesitation, they jumped right into it. They asked questions on where I wanted things or how I wanted things done, and it came with such relief knowing that they were doing it according to my wishes. I felt comfortable talking to them about how I wanted things done, and they took my requests in stride and without hesitating. Now with a clean environment, I feel so much relief and clarity, which wouldn't have been possible without them both. AMAZING we had the ladies in to clean my moms house she recently passed away and we wanted the house ship shape. Just got back and the house looks AMAZING! My mom was there 20+ years and it looks and smells like the day they moved in. Every detail was taken care of ceiling fans, stove, oven, fridge, even under the stair cupboard. Money well spent!!!

We have been receiving bi-weekly cleaning services from Health Point Cleaning Solutions for about a year. Their work is excellent, always delivered as promised. We trust the team to access our Commercial building and take care of the cleaning. Excellent work every time.

We have been using them for a while now and in spite of promises they do not improve.
Trash cans are not always emptied. only the center of the floor is cleaned.
Sometimes the bathroom is missed. They do not sweep around desks.
Getting ahold of them after they sign you is next to impossible.
The only contact they make is with the billing dept. who says they cannot do anything about it.
99% retention rate.... possibly because they do not respond to your emails to cancel service.
I have been trying to contact someone for over 6 months both my rep (Joshua) and the contact (Janett) given me by the billing department will not respond to messages or emails.

They did the most amazing job!! I had Casandra do deep clean on my brothers house. I could not believe how clean they got the bathrooms. My brother had been sick for a while and it not been cleaned in some time, she made it look brand new, it was unbelievable. I will continue to use this service for a long time, they are just so good and so professional. They are the best and Casandra was amazing.
