I was in a bit of a hurry to get our home deep cleaned. I hate to admit, we had severely neglected to maintain a clean and healthy home in all areas...still, we really needed this done. Our technician who serviced us arrived 30 min early which was a huge plus! We decided to leave for the day and when we came back, oh. my. god. Our house had a complete facelift and we coouldnr be more excited. Leslie was prompt with answering my calls and in every way was polite and professional. 10000% an excellent company with quality and outstanding customer service.

Do not recommend! Overcharged me, did not clean everything I asked. I feel they took advantage of my situation to charge me more since i could not stay to watch them as they cleaned. Horrible communication skills.

AMAZING we had the ladies in to clean my moms house she recently passed away and we wanted the house ship shape. Just got back and the house looks AMAZING! My mom was there 20+ years and it looks and smells like the day they moved in. Every detail was taken care of ceiling fans, stove, oven, fridge, even under the stair cupboard. Money well spent!!!

Great experience from start to finish.

Our carpet looks worse than before we had it cleaned! I specifically showed the technician areas that needed to be cleaned and he said he would get the area clean. They were smudged worse than ever. They offered to clean the areas again at a reduced rate!! Not only did he do a terrible job on those specific areas but the carpet smells dirty and I don’t think he used soap. We paid for soap! Horrible job! Make sure you read reviews before hiring

AZ Carpet and Tile were fantastic. They came in lower then every other person we contacted. We thought with such a low quote they may not be top notch. Not at all, they even did our downstairs bathroom for free. I will call these guys every time from here on out. Thanks again guys !!!!

8/26/20 Cleaning service was not good. I paid for a deep cleaning for a two-story house in North of Scottsdale property that is continuously leased. Kristen, didn't know the name of the company and person who sent her to do the cleaning. She asked me uncomfortable questions. She was there for an hour and had to go. She barely vacuum, clean the fridge and kitchen only. I checked the work after she left and I had to clean the kitchen again, she didn't clean the grill inside the oven and leave ajax inside. She spent time talking to Drea and they both left. In the end Chris sent Kevin. He did a great job. Matthew the carpet cleaner did a good job too. I would not hire this company again.
