Ociel’s team did a good job and he was initially very responsive. Post job I noticed one area needed to be refinished and cracks that at the very least needed to be patched, no big deal. However, I’ve left multiple voicemails, sent texts, still no response. My next option is the legal route. Don’t hire a company or man who can’t stand behind their work and disappears as soon as the money’s in his pocket. Stay away from Prosperity Construction, go with anyone else.

I have had a lot of floor finishing done over the years but these guys are by far the best! I have had them do floors in a 2000 sq ft warehouse and two garages and the finish is far better than anything I have seen before. They use a ton of flake and seal it all with a thick clear coating. In the past I have had problems with tire marks on the finish but I have had no issues with this finish. They were in and out quick and clean. I am very impressed with Alan and his crew, I would recommend them with no reservations.

The sales person Alex who came to provide an estimate was awesome. He showed us beautiful photos of the company’s work, as I had already seen on Facebook, here on Google and on their site. We scheduled our remodel and we were so excited. The crew came on time and the guys were super polite and worked hard! But a few things weren’t right. Here is what didn’t go well for us:
- the crew forgot to confirm the color of our patio prior to starting. When they were done they asked us to sign the color conformation paper which clearly stated this needed to be done before work begins.
- crew didn’t tape off our house or cover any area near the work site which resulted in uneven edge and messy look- in many of their process photos on the site and Facebook this is done
- crew did not inquire for us to have a final walk through together.
- crew forgot some equipment in our yard and never inquired to come back and retrieve it.
- day after when were allowed to step on the patio we found one very long crack, another smaller one and saw that the edges were rough, messy, uneven.
-Several of our stepping stones had splashed material on that we couldn’t clean up with scraping.

When I contacted the office about this everyone was very understanding and polite and we scheduled for a production manager to come and review the job and correct it.
Two men showed up and they confirmed that this is not up to the company’s standard and worked on filling the cracks and cleaning up the edges.
While they did everything they say they could it didn’t improve the rough look of the patio. It looks like we did it ourselves and we paid thousands of dollars to have it done professionally.

I would not recommend Galaxy. While the people are very nice the work was not up to par with what they present, promise and deliver for the money they charge.

Desert Floor Coatings did a horrible job installing metallic epoxy flooring for my medical clinic. They screwed up the preparation and refused to fix it. They screwed up the finish so bad it cannot be repaired. There are holes in the finish from tools, bubbles everywhere and they refuse to clean up the mess they made on door jams, trims and wall. Justin and Tom are liars and unprofessional. The only thing worse than the quality of their work is their lack of professionalism and integrity. Don't waste your money!
