Our roof was 15years old and it was pretty well worn AZ heat isn't kind to roofs we also either needed it repaired or replaced to comply with our insurance companies rules just bought the house. I had gotten 9 different quotes from different roofing companies, all of them to me and what I've experienced in the past were way too high, so much for some of those online sites where you get multiple quotes TSM came recommended by another contractor as one of their favorite roofers to use, so I gave them a call. They came out, spent plenty of time on the roof inspecting it and when they got the quote back to me I was shocked in a good way, it was inline with what I had figured it should cost and way cheaper than the other licensed roofers, the only one that came in about the same price was unlicensed and uninsured, nope, our insurance states anyone working on the roof must be licensed or they will not cover it or any damage inside caused by storms or water leakage

The day of the job the crew arrived on time supplies had been delivered the day before, and started working. I had figured it would be a full day job but they had 8 people working and everyone was coordinated with what their specific job was and all worked together perfectly. And to my and my wife's amazement they finished in 3.5hrs, flat, simply amazing, and the job was perfectly done. Now this wasn't a super small job it was around 2k sqft including our shed, which we also had done.

After everything was completed they cleaned up the whole area and you would have never noticed they had done anything unless you looked up at the roof.

So if you are looking for a very fair and honest company that is licensed , that also backs their work with a 10year labor warranty this is the company you want to get, I would have absolutely no problem having them do more work for me in the future.

The Sales person told repairman wrong materials for repair this past Monday. Roofer said he'd call & would back Monday pm or today Tuesday with correct materials. Did not call or show up. Has ignored my text & phone call. Remodel of upstairs bathroom on hold until roof repaired. Waited over a month to get a date for repairs & salesman ignored my request for a date. They have a contract with our Association & obligated to use them. Have recommended to Association that they find another Roofer. I could overlook the delays if they had the decency & professionalism to return my calld.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Our builder used them so when the storm hit in July and tiles were damaged I thought they would be the best company to go with since they put them on initially. It took them 5 weeks just to come out, when I called to get an update, a couple months later, they had no record of coming out so They sent someone else, happened to be the same guy and he told me he never turned in his service notes the first time, so that’s why they had no record. I Called two weeks later to confirm that they got the service notes this time and they still couldn’t locate my account and had no idea what I was talking about. Keep in mind I spoke to the same guy, James several times.

I absolutely love Mikku and Sons! They are pro! Their assessments were very detailed and always suggest preventative maintenance so our roof will last for a long period of time. The team is very professional! And I commend them for the cleanliness of work on my roof. Seamless like nothing has ever been changed and repaired. I totally love their work!

I highly recommend Almeida Roofing. Our roof was damaged by the moonsoon season. They gave a desirable bid, job was scheduled pomptly and they were always on time. Professional staff and really good product! They replaced all of the rotten wood and installed new quality shingles and our roof looks great! Great company to work with!

I was out of town when I was notified by my wife about a leak in our roof. Unfortunately it was a Sunday, and knew I would not get someone to come out right away. I did however place an inquiry online and Alex responded the very next day. He not only called me, but followed up with an email with what more than likely was going on based on their vast experience working on roofs with solar panels.

Within a few days, we had a great guy by the name of Chris come to the home. He called prior to coming which was helpful as to make sure he wasn't missed. While there Chris was courteous and professional. He spoke to my mother in law and explained what he needed to do. I also got a call from Alex to go over the exact details.

I approved the work and Chris got right to work. He was quick, clean, and knew what he was doing. I was relieved to see that I was working with an honest and professional company. The quote that was sent to me prior to them even coming out was spot on. They didn't try to oversell me, but just give my family and I, peace of mind.

I normally would say I would do business again with Castile, but I hope I don't have any more roof issues. I would however give them 5 STARS and recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

Phx Roofing and Brandon helped us replace our roof and fix a leak from our skylight. Brandon took great care of us, even though it was during the monsoon season and I'm sure extremely busy. He replaced our skylight, fixed our roof...other roofers wouldn't even give us a quote because they wouldn't touch the skylight.

Overall, couldn't have been happier. They did great work, took good care of us and kept us updated the whole process. Would definitely use them again in the future.

We recently had damage due to strong straight line winds. We called them first thing in the morning and they were there and completely done by noon. Amazing!

I hired Starkweather to replace my roof & sustained the first leak I have had in nearly 40 years & other roofers. It cost me a bit over $8500. for this leak and I will say they did come out and repair it when I first found it. It took a while we do live in a very dry state. Is it fixed?? I hope so we have not had much rain since the repair. HOWEVER the damage to the ceiling in the house remains unrepaired. Starkweather DOES NOT fix that even though they caused it. I have not hired any one to fix it since I am still not sure the roof does not leak!! It makes me sick every time I look at it but if I get it repaired & still have a leak I would have to do it again!! WHAT A MESS. I cannot go up and even look at the repair (I am a 75 yr old woman with knee replacements) not that I would know by looking anyhow. I gave them 3 stars since they were always punctual and here when they said and left the job clean.

Follow up stinks! Came out 2 weeks ago for a quote on a new roof. His laptop wasn't working and said he would email it to me. 2 voicemails and two times actually talking to Agusto and still no quote. Checked my spam mail, inbox several times, so that's not an excuse. Sorry guys, you have definitely lost my business, as well as a few others who were asking me who I was going to use.

My association has used this company for over 20 yrs. Intially the service and responsiveness were excellent, and I learned much from them about sprayfoam roofs. However, recently the company has changed, and the responsiveness to our attempted contacts have gone unanswered. If company does not respond to emails and/or phone calls, you wonder if you should continue to do business with them.
