We had a horrible pigeon infestation! These guys know so much about how to help contain our problem. They installed a shock track, galvanized material around all the solar panels (the birds were living under them we learned), spiked off window sills, and sealed off any entry to our attic. These guys are so knowledgeable about pigeons more than I could have imagined. Derrick educated us about why the pigeons were there due to water sources of our pool and food sources of dog food neighborhood. They did great quality work! Our house is some much keep livable in the backyard now. We so appreciate the help!

The crew was fantastic. They arrived on time, and took their time to fully explain to me the problem I have (pigeons nesting underneath my solar panels) and how best to handle the situation. I was fully informed every step of the way. Derek was fantastic, and so was his colleague (his name temporarily escapes me). The work was perfectly done. The crew were very courteous and professional through out. They even offered to come back a few times for free to further inspect the panels if needed. The pricing was very reasonable. I strongly recommend them.

We had pigeons! The Pigeon Specialist are awesome! Our roof was cleaned, inspected and treated. When the pigeons came back and found a new spot, so did the Pigeon Specialist. They treated the new area and didn't charge us!! I have to add and I know it was by luck but the Pigeon Specialist came back within hours. They were in the Goodyear area so I got lucky, but it was nice that they take this job seriously and they will not charge you for something you do not need. Which is why they had to come back. In their 1st visit there was no activity to the are they had to come back and treat. They left it up to me, but told me we don't want to charge you if there's no activity. So that's it. I highly recommend these guys!

We’ve used Pigeon Specialist before to net off areas of our roof where pigeons like to roost. We have a big problem in our part of the valley. I’ve been consistently pleased with any of the work we have had done with Pigeon Specialist. We have had them come out to fix other companies mistakes, at this point Barry and his team at The Pigeon Specialiat are the only people I want working on our pigeon problem. I would highly recommend this company.

I had gotten a letter in the mail from HOA about taking care of the pigeon problem I was having at my house, so I decided to research places and get quotes.

What I appreciated most about Barry was that he didn't try to B.S. me into spending more than I needed to. They gave me the fairest and cheapest quote BY FAR! I'm talking a fraction of the price of other companies for quality work. They don't try to up-sell you or try to get you to take care of areas that aren't even problems. Barry told me straight up that these were my problem areas, and these are areas that MAY become a problem, but as for now, I would only take care of these bad spots. He let me know that if I wanted to be proactive, they would definitely help handle the other areas for me, but he didn't push me to try to make a sale. I really appreciated how real he kept it with me.

Another thing I liked was that he was very flexible and willing to work with me on my schedule and payment.

He told me to give it a few days to a couple weeks before the pigeons completely move on, but so far so good. I wake up every morning to the sounds of pigeons outside my bedroom window, but I haven't heard any pigeons outside my window yet!

All in all, I'm glad to have crossed paths with Barry and the company. Will definitely be giving them a call if I ever need them for anything else.

They were outstanding. I had a major pigeon problem due to solar panels and the pigeons in an alcove. I know I had a large amount of pigeon waste on my roof and I was prepare for it to be all over my yard when they power washed the roof, but they did such a great job of catching it all that there is barely any waste in the rocks. They spent 6 hours on my roof cleaning, putting up wire around the solar panels, putting wire around the alcoves.

They were professional, fair priced, and just really nice. I recommend them and can’t say enough nice things about them.

I just wanted to send a note to the office/boss/owners how much I appreciated their employees! I am so sad to say I don’t remember their names-but I had a REaLLY hard job for them to do in Queen Creek AZ! They were very pleasant to work with, not cranky, dishonest or questionable. As a matter of fact they are both very hard-working, results oriented men that were careful with my roof-cleaned up after they were done, and came to the door when they were done to let me know they were finished. I would HIGHLY recommend your company, especially after seeing the work ethic and customer service that these men so expertly provided. I just had to let you know!!! It was a much different experience than I had expected.

Hired this company to install Pigeon spikes in the courtyard of our Goodyear home. The pigeon spikes worked great! (The only reason they received 2 stars.) while up on the roof of our new home they knocked several tiles loose and crushed a roof vent causing a leak in the single car garage. They also left all of their trash on the roof as well. It does say in the contract you sign they are not responsible for damage to your roof. My fault for not reading that part but I think they could be more careful and clean up after themselves. I would not recommend using them.

Rich and Barry were great to deal with and very professional. We had hundreds of pigeons living on our activity center roof. Our pigeon problem was much worse than first thought and they did not give up until they were gone and the mess was cleaned up. I would recommend to anyone looking to get rid of a pigeon problem.

I spoke with Barry to have my pigeon netting etc removed from my roof that was installed by a company that is no longer in business. He promptly sent two workers out and they removed everything quickly . I can now have my roof replaced. Barry and his staff were very knowledgeable and professional. I will be looking to have the Pigeon Specialist install new netting etc when my new roof is completed.

I had pigeon proofing, roof cleaning, and solar proofing work done on my roof from these guys in Arizona. I paid over $2,000 for the work and my pigeon problem continues. Their guarentee is a joke, their guarentee is basically if you pay us more money we will try something else, they wont even give you a discount if they have to come back out multiple times to try something new.

The solar proofing job they did made my problem worse. They did not use the correct material and clamps on my panels, they just used flexible mesh folded in on itself. This has caused pigeons to press on the cheap flexible mesh, forming their own beds across my solar panels. The new exterminators I hired said the cheap flexible materials used on my panels is most likely the reason why I still have pigeon problems.

Some of the non solar pigeon proofing work they performed started falling apart a couple months after the work was performed. I believe this is due to low quality materials and not the fault of the techs.

I am currently working with another pigeon exterminator to replace the mesh on my solar panels with the correct materials and clamps. They also replaced some of the deterances that fell apart (The Pigeon Specialist work).

If you end up hiring these guys for solar panel proofing, make sure they use the correct material and clamps.

The Pideon Specialist conducted a very thorough inspection of our roof and gave us many options for the removal and deterrent of the pigeons in our area. We are very pleased witht he work they have done.

We moved into a preowned home and noticed right away that there were
many pigeons on the roof. When it rained the roof eves would rain down
water and pigeon droppings all over our patio. What a mess. In addition the pigeons would leave droppings on the patio that required hosing off every two days. We did not know what to do. So we asked our neighbors and one of them recommended The Pigeon Specialist. They came out and I could not believe how effective they were. We rarely see a pigeon on our roof and at the same time we see multitudes of pigeons on our neighbors roofs. Having The Pigeon Specialist put up wire, mesh, and little wax dishes, really worked. Spent $450 to have my bird problem taken care of. The birds were back the next day. Was told to wait to see that they relocate, it will take time. I waited a month. Climbed on the roof and found them still nesting. Berry refused to fix the problem until I forked over another $200.

I called this company to help me with a pigeon problem. After two phone calls and a e-mail with photos of my roof they never even called me back. This company is what I call a “no show” I sent the pictures as soon as he asked for them. I wouldn’t hire this company becousw the owner is a Bullshiter

Barry and team were absolutely fantastic. After contacting them about my need for their service, they provided an estimate and completed the job with 4 hours...now that's what I call fast and amazing service.
