Rockman Pools

We have been using Rockman Pool Services for the past two years. We are extremely pleased with the level of service provided by the company. Matt keeps to the agreed upon maintenance schedule and our pool and hot tub are always sparkling clean and ready for use. We have also used Matt to replace our pool heater and lights and all work has been top quality and fairly priced. We find Matt to be very personable, responsive and easy to work with. George and Matt at Rockman pools are great our pool has never been cleaner. George does an amazing job cleaning our pool and taking our concerns seriously. They respond promptly and a picture of our pool with pictures is sent after the pool has been clean. They are the best pool company we have ever used! Matt responds quickly with email and addresses questions thoroughly. Excellent customer service.

ROCKMAN POOL ROCKS!!! We could not be happier with Rockman Pool Service. Georgie has been taking has been taking care of our pool for many years now, he has always been reliable and very knowledgeable in what he does. Today we had to have our filter replaced and he did an excellent job of cleaning up the area after the repair, including spray painting all the pipes and everything surrounding it to make it look so nice and match the landscape. I would recommend Rockman pools to everyone!!!

I highly recommend Rockman Pool Service! They do amazing service and quality work! Ryan has taken such good care of our pool - from cleaning and adding all the necessary chemicals to checking and cleaning our pump/ filters and making sure everything is running smoothly. He is also very knowledgeable and good at letting me know the ongoing of the pool and is always available and quick to respond to any questions/concerns I may have. Rockman Pool Service are very professional and knowledgeable, George was sent out to find out what was going on with our pool, he explained the problem clearly and was eager to repair it ASAP. He did a fantastic job, we decided we could trust Rockman Pool Service to be our pool service company. Now we feel confident it is well looked after and it's better than ever!

We have been with Rockman Pool Service for just about a year. We have used them for our weekly pool service and they installed a new distribution unit dome. Their weekly service includes checking chemicals, brushing the pool walls, skimming out debris and backwashing as necessary. This is more than I can say for my previous pool service!

Most recently George replaced our sand filter. He was tasked with removing all the sand from our old filter, removal of the filter itself and installation of new filter with new sand. He also painted all the pipes to match the new sand filter, what a pleasant surprise! He was on time, he communicated throughout the process and completed it within a day, plus no mess left behind! Previous pool service that replaced our sand a couple of years ago, left a mess, took them over a week to clean it up and we still have sand laying around from that job a couple of years ago.

My pool needed serious help. Matt came within days of calling him for an estimate and then scheduled the work a few days later to repair the plumbing on our pump and clean the pool. He was very professional and courteous and did the work for a fair price. My pump hums along and the water is crystal clear. Can’t wait to use it. Highly recommend Rockman Pool Service.

Rockman Pool Service has been maintaining the pools at our primary and rental homes for three years. They have done an incredible job at both properties and have had to clean up some big messes. Rockman Pools gets my business!! Before contacting Rockman Pools, I had a TERRIBLE time getting any local pool company in Anthem, AZ to even acknowledge, let alone respond to my service requests made via phone and email. I just needed someone to come out and take a look at my faltering filter system. Then, I called Rockman Pools and not only did a live person (Matt) actually answer the phone, he promised to come out the next day and see what needed to be done to get my filter working properly.

Matt arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and laid out a path to get everything fixed. He returned with all the needed parts and despite 100+ temps, he got my pool back in commission within a few hours.

What a great pool company! George has taken great care of us during our drain and refill. Our chemicals were off the charts before George came in and explained everything in great detail and provide us with a solution. I have lived in Arizona for 25 years with 2 pools and numerous pool servicers. Rockman is the best I have experienced by far. Ashley has been my pool girl for a year or more and is very punctual always coming on the day of scheduled service. If I notice something I would like addressed either by note or verbally I can count on it being completed or an explanation and time for the request completion. I am also on the plan that includes filter and miscellaneous repair or maintenance and have found that quite useful and cost effective. My wife and I are real estate agents and recommend Rockman to all new clients and those that are tired of their current pool services. In a field where many service providers are available I find Rockman the best!

George came out to replace the light bulb in the pool. Although it is a tricky job, he did it well and seated the light assembly better than it was before. He was professional and courteous while he did the work too. We are very impressed with the quality of the Rockman Pools team! Thank you!

Matt did some major repair to our pool equipment about 5 years ago and I was very impressed with his professionalism, competence, and demeanor. Recently, I asked that he return to fix another issue with our pop-up head water valve and, as expected, he did another great job and got it done quickly. He is definitely our “pool guy” for life!

There is no better feeling than getting into a clean pool and spa! Before moving to Arizona, I could only dream about walking outside in the summer and diving into the crystal-clear water in my own swimming pool or letting the tensions built up during a hard day at work melt away in the evenings while sitting in bubbling spa discussing plans for the next weekend.
When I first moved here expecting to live the dream, I was surprised to find out that not all pool services are the same and the experiences I had were horrible to say the least. There were times where my family couldn’t swim because of algae and debris in the pool, or the spa wasn’t maintained and stopped working.
That all ended when Ryan at Rockman Pool Service started caring for my pool and spa, and when I say CARING, I mean it. Without a doubt, hands-down Rockman Pool Service is the best ever! My pool was a serious mess ( mostly because of my DIY method). After trying everything under the sun to get my pool back to normal and failing horribly, I conceded and started looking for a pool service. Fortunately for me I found Rockman Pool Service.

Matt's team came in and drained it, acid washed it, and came back and added the required chemicals after I finished refilling it with water.

Not only is Matt good at his job, but he's also very honest which is hard to find nowadays! When I called him to give him my payment information I told him the price that I thought he had quoted when I initially contacted him, and he said no that's incorrect, the price I quoted you was $50 cheaper; he could've excepted the extra $50 and I would never have known but he didn't he was honest. Because of their work ethic, Rockman pool surface will now be my pool guys for life!

We are so happy with Rockman pool service. Our pool is sparkling clean. The prices is right. The service is prompt and good. George is always available to answer any questions we have. Highly recommend!

George is great! Have been a customer of Rockman pools for many years, remember when he started. Consistent and quality care. George is kind and friendly. I don't have to worry the gates are closed for pool security. I have confidence in George to do the right thing.

George did a good job getting our pool back in order. We first had problems with the pool cleaner, he put in new gaskets which solved the problem. Then we had issues with the waterfall, he installed a new motor and other parts, then it worked fine.

Can’t say enough on the service that Rockman provides us. Always prompt on returning calls/texts and scheduled appointments. Quality of work is first class. Highly recommended.
