I was given a quote via my needs & informed of the cost if more time needed.

Based on my requests, they needed a little more time which the cleaner was able to do & I was only charged for what they needed (they didn't need a full extra hour so charged exactly the time they needed).

I am very pleased with the cleaning & thoroughness.

I had tried 2 other companies and there were always issues. When I found this company, every single part of the transaction and service were top notch! Elisabeth - who took my initial calls - was extremely thorough in explaining all of the processes and expectations. That very day, within an hour, she arranged for the owner to come to our home to do a walkthrough and estimate. Brian could not have been nicer! He was honest, considerate and took the time to ensure every need and question was addressed. Our Deep Clean went very well and Guille & Alex made sure every single thing was perfect. They kept us informed along the way, and ensured we were satisfied before they left. Our first time trying this company and Deep Clean went so well that we are now a regular customer! Anais and her partner arrived right on time. I was upset that the small windows in bedroom were not washed. The blinds were not cleaned. Floor in closet master bedroom was not washed. Ceiling fans were cleaned but not great. Chandelier in master bedroom
was still very dusty, I sprayed it to get it clean. Refrigerator not cleaned as they ran out of time. I worked along side them cleaning sliding door and window tracks. I also recleaned floors when they left. The grout was still pretty dirty. My trick is to soak the floors with bleach water on the grout and mop after half hour or so. Thanks for showing up and doing an okay job.

As a working gal I have appreciated coming home to a clean house after a long day. Terry and Devvie are 2 of my favorite. Our showerhead was clogged so I bought a new one. Terry, some how, cleaned it up to work better thanbbnit wver did!

3/26/2022.. I would just like to reiterate the terrific service I received from Angie & Trinity this week. I have been laid up with a knee replacement and not able to do much in the way of cleaning. The 2 made my house sparkle and feel clean again! I am so grateful for their services!!

9/29/22. Today I had Bailey and her partner clean. They were busy the whole times they were here! I appreciated the Orr dedication and hard work….smells and feels clean again!

They do an extremely thorough cleaning at fair prices. And so fast! I am not sure how they do it because I've never been able to get my house so clean:) if you are looking for a cleaning service, definitely give them a call. The staff was also very courteous and I commend their customer service!

Very professional friendly and reasons price

Manny did a great job power washing my back patio, pool deck, and getting a bad chemical stain lifted from the concrete outside. He was friendly, timely, and did a thorough job. He pointed out the risk of power washing a couple things and sought my approval before I gave him the go ahead to do it anyway, which I really appreciated. Other companies seemed very afraid of this stain that hardened on my concrete and prompted me to reach out, and Manny got it up within minutes. They were so easy to work with, very timely, sent me a proposal and had a fair price. Did I mention they were also available same day? Will definitely hire them again. If you’re looking for a top of the line cleaning service that goes above and beyond, and also pays close attention to every little detail, SaniGuys Clean is the cleaning service for you!!! I hired them a week ago to do a cleaning for my new place before I moved in. They did such good job that I’ve scheduled them to clean my place once a month on the regular.

We were paying one of our employees extra to do the cleaning. We switched to CBN about a year ago. They do a fantastic job. Our office is much cleaner for about the same money. Bob is always very available and quick to provide answers to any questions.

Nancy came early and left late ...She takes her time to do great quality work and you can tell her gift is cleaning...I was very pleased with the job she did....Grateful and we will use their services again...
