We recently had damage due to strong straight line winds. We called them first thing in the morning and they were there and completely done by noon. Amazing!

Diversified Roofing is the company who installed the roof on my new build house in Dec.2013. It appears they installed the O'hagin vents incorrectly, and now have water stains on my ceiling. Disappointed, but not surprised after reading reviews. They wouldn't even come out to look without charging me $95, which I said forget it. Of course several other roofing companies were happy to come out, free of charge to look to see how they can fix Diversifieds mistakes. Zero stars for workmanship and customer service.

Whoever was driving truck 934 today in phoenix on I10 needs a driving lesson, or revoked license. The guy is zipping in and out of heavy traffic, no signal, on his phone the whole time. Way too dangerous. We drive a large truck and felt as though he should cut close in front of us. Not a good image for your company.

PCC is definitely a five-star company. I spoke with eight different roofing companies and received multi appraisals and after some extensive research decided to go with PCC for a roof replacement project. Sean came out to the house, he was very communicative about the materials he was going to use, the timelines, and a basic entire outline how he was going to approach and finish our roofing project. Let me say he wasn’t the cheapest, but it also wasn’t the most expensive. All things considered he was more than adequately priced- their pricing was downright fair. They loaded the roof with the materials, and as discussed - two days later they were started on the project. The crew showed up on time, they were relatively quiet, respectful, and very applied to what they were doing. The roof was done inside of two days and looks totally awesome. I was also done a week ahead of schedule. It was actually a quite pleasurable experience. The crew cleaned the property to the point where you couldn’t even tell they were there, a final walk-through was completed after the crew left by Sean’s brother. In today's world, good service has become wishful thinking. Then we worked with Josh @ Gleason Roofing and now we know good service is still there. Josh was courteous, patient and knowledgeable. His workers were fast and efficient. They cleaned the jobsite clean each day, even using a magnetic roller to pickup nails. Ashley, the office manager was a true gem. They went the distance from Tempe to Overgaard.

I called about a vacant lot they own. After telling Lisa the address, she said no and just hung up the phone. I called back to tell the operator, she said keep in mind some people work from home. What does that even mean? Not the way to talk to people.

Called for an appointment and was able to schedule same day service. Augusto was on time, professional, affordable, and went above and beyond with his service! I would highly recommend this roofing company to anyone!
