This company made our patio doors in record time & they were very nice & professional & they had the best quality doors at the best price, the installers did a perfect job and were very professional???

The two installers did a great job on the 23 windows and sliding door i purchased. Vincent, the sales rep, was also really great. I got multiple quotes from other companies and frequently was asked where my husband was, or that he needed to be involved in this process. Some didn't even bother measuring my windows. I probably drove him a little crazy with my calls and text. Overall though, I just wanted to let you all know that I appreciated the service.

had a bit of an emergency Superior glass not only answered there phone and even called back in a very short time. As you know if you have had to deal with this kind of stuff is not common. When they showed up ON TIME the tech was very kind and knew what he was doing. he was in and out in no time and the window was set and clean. After speaking to some friends turns out i got a more than fair price. i would use them again

Nate F was the project manger extremely responsive. We got an incorrect part Nate went above and beyond to get the correct part within. 1 hour. My installation team (Donald H and zack H. We’re so professional the install turned out perfect. They also went above and beyond to do the job CORRECTLY. Honestly, I couldn’t be happier. Great experience all the way around.

I needed a replacement glass for my coffee table. Although the store didnt honor the initial quote that brought me into the store, the glass was ready earlier than promised and it was a perfect fit. I was very happy to have the service done and have already recommended Best Glass to my family members.

We had Richard come out and quote us in 2021 and again 4 months ago. He’s great. Thorough. Today Pedro and his team arrived on time and did an incredible job. They worked hard - diligently. They were all extremely polite and professional. We are really really happy with the results!!

My order was not what I expected. The two larger windows were not openable. The locksets were passage handles only. No locks. Doors were excellent but when all was delivered I was shocked that there was no installation. Had to get an independent contractor in to do that. Also got proper locks from Home Depot and we installed those ourselves. I prefer to work with local small businesses but things like this are making it difficult.

Illumination co installed a folding patio door as well as two sets of French doors for me as part of our remodel. I can’t say enough about how easy the process was. The crew was always on time! (This is so important to me, I do not have time sitting around for people to show up), they were all friendly and cleaned up after the job was done.
The doors are amazing! I wasn’t too sure about the style we choose but Josh in the showroom was right! We are very happy. The best part of all this is illumination wasn’t the highest quote so we really feel like we felt w a local, professional and honest group. Thanks guys!

My house is like part of the family, so when it comes to any sort of home repairs I always thoroughly research all my options to ensure I find the best choice. After a referral from a high school buddy & some additional research, I found Phoenix Roofing to be the best roofers in town! The consultation was quick & easy, I was able to browse samples & have all my questions answered. The price was more than fair & the overall quality of work was exceptional. I was super impressed with the crew’s work ethic & cleanliness. In conclusion, I give Phoenix Roofing 5/5 stars & would use them again. You can trust them with your home’s roof & will not be disappointed.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

I called the office and was pleasantly guided towards providing value. The staff provided an appointment for Tony to come out and visit our home. He was prompt, prepared, and literally ready to do the work on the spot. We scheduled out for a few days since we needed to be prepared to have the water turned off for him to do the work.

He came back though, completed the work better than my expectation, and the job is never a penny more than the quoted bid. You aren't paying for a guy to sit around and milk you for time and run the bill up. If it's $300, that's it. 1 hour or 3 hours, you are locked in which is a nice change from the guess work that can happen on vague project timelines.

SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND CANT GET IT TOGETHER!!! I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their calling list from several employees the last 2 months. I have received over 25+ calls and each time politely asked to be removed from the call list and I've heard I will have a manager remove you we just got a new system, our computers are getting updated BUT I still keep getting calls. Your Company is one I would NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND after the headache of being hassled for Windows relentlessly. Figure your new system out and when someone asked to be removed from your call list… Take them off. Simple!

We had our roof updated. Front was to put underlayment to our tile roof and back was to put new shingles. The crew was very prompt and quick . Bryan came by and was here to make sure all was going smoothly and it was. He was here most of the day and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The work was done in one day and it looks very nice. We have used PCC Roofing & Construction before and will use them again.

We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.
The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.
We've called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back she's out in the field. Or we get, I'll have Anna call you back since you've spoken to her before.
We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that it's disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays it's fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.
After a week I called because we never heard back
During that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesn't need this and hung up on me.
I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).
My advice is to avoid this company completely.
We don't want them touching our home because if it's this hard to get an update, I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.
We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.
Do Not do business with these people!!!!!
