Unresponsive. Called three times and did two appointment requests online.

Requested someone clean my AirBnB they cleaned half way and told be they were going to help clean at another property and never came back. I told management and they have yet to respond or have someone finish cleaning. Very unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Absolutely 0 effort put into the floor dirt everywhere stains, Looks worse than before they touched it. Called into the service department and they told me there is nothing they can do because they spent enough time cleaning my house. Will never use again

They are very unprofessional. They don’t know how to answer their phone, so business must not be that important to them. After numerous voicemails left no one bothered to reach back out to me to follow up. Their managers are rude and don’t have the attitude to go the extra mile for any client or future client. I hired them a week ago to do a cleaning for my new place before I moved in. They did such good job that I’ve scheduled them to clean my place once a month on the regular.

Friends! Got my carpets and sectional cleaned today and they look amazing!!! Perfect time to get this done before the holidays . On top of these guys doing a fantastic job, they take 7% of their sales and give back to under privileged youth !! And they do commercial properties as well ! So pleased with the quality of their work ! Booking every 3 months moving forward !

they did great work on my heavy knitted jacket and delivered it when promised, but did not notify me that my leather coat wornt be delivered for another week. knowing this ahead of time would have been very helpful

Our dog pood in the house. Rick w Apex came by and cleaned our carpet on Tuesday. Called yesterday and asked if he could come back and check on the spot again. Brought his equipment, treated the spot again and left. No charge! We use Apex every 6 months but this is going above and beyond. Grateful
