OrganiCare Dry Cleaners & Laundry Pick up and Delivery, Wash & Fold

Overall, I did not have the best experience getting my dry cleaning here. I dropped off five items and was told to come back on Monday by 5 PM and it will be ready. I arrived Monday at five and two of my items weren’t done. Nobody called me to let me know, so I had to come back days later for a second trip. On top of that, one of the items I turned in for dry cleaning had stains on the arm that were not there when I dropped it off. Last but not least, they charged me more on one of my skirts than what their listed price was on the menu. It might be because the skirt was long, but I’m not entirely sure because no one explained anything to me. They just charged me extra…I really don’t like having my time wasted with additional trips over there. I wish someone would’ve called to let me know that my items were not ready on time. Additionally, although in the end I did get a discount because of the issues, I had to push for it and insist. In my experience, businesses with good customer service will offer this on their own and apologize. Neither of which happened here.

Not bad, especially for the price. 1 day turnaround is pretty stellar for no extra charge. And they did a wonderful job with the clean and press for the price.However, I asked for a button to be sewn on, and they did not. They even marked the button spot with the pin and ribbon. When I pointed it out, they said they'd need another day, but since I needed it sooner, they couldn't do anything about it. I can't justify getting mad since there was no charge . Even if they had done it. But it was a problem since they told me they would and I needed it that following day for it.Willing to use again for another shot, though.

Had new shirts that were custom made and was told to wash them a few times to get perfect fit. Came in, explained it to them my situation and they washed them 3x for me!! I am doing all my dry cleaning here moving forward. Was also impressed that I was promised 5PM availability and received a text at 1:30 they were ready.

I love this place! They pick up and deliver which makes everything so much easier and keeps me on top of my dry cleaning needs. They also do an amazing job - I threw in some clothes with major makeup stains and they brought it back looking brand new! I’d recommend to any one!

We’ve been using OrganiCare for almost two years now. The pickup and delivery service is super convenient and we really appreciate the quality of the dry cleaning services and the added touches in which our clothes are handled and finished. They are the best!

Staff was friendly, clothes cleaned sufficiently, but I just can’t take that price. At least twice if not 3 times as expensive for average dry cleaning and laundry services that are available elsewhere in Phoenix. I would understand if the services were special, but they’re not. Will not return.

They ruined a suit! I dropped off a suit jacket and pants to be dry cleaned. Only after I got home with my items did I notice the jacket now had white stains down the front with a note that they did all they could. Huh? I didn't drop it off with stains! I went back and they said they would fix it. The next day, I returned yet again and magically the stain had disappeared, replaced with clearly well-worn lapels. This was a new suit! I give up. Replaced the suit and wrote this review. Find another dry cleaner.

I brought in two sport coats for dry cleaning. I picked them up after same day service, and the coats smelled awful. I brought them back in, and the lady at the desk didn't even smell them, just offered to clean them again, as if this wasn't the first time she's heard that.She said they've been cleaning out the machine but didn't have a reason for their smell. I stopped back in 2 days later to pick them up, same smell, no reason given for smell. I now have to bring the jackets somewhere else hoping they can get this smell out and my jackets aren't ruined. Poor service, no Manager around to speak to.

I dropped off a pair of pants before 9 am and was able to pick them up before they closed the same day at 7 pm. The pants came out great. The representatives who took in the order were friendly and professional.

Very friendly staff! Dry cleaning was too expensive and it took 3 days for my 2 sports coats. One of them was extremely wrinkled. I had to iron it. If it weren't for the super nice staff I would have five them 1 star. There are a few places less expensive

this place is amazing. I’ve been living downtown for three years and have always used this dry cleaner. There’s another one right down the street closer to my house but I would rather drive to this one because they are so nice so professional and my clothes always come out perfect!

OrganicCare does a great job on my dry cleaning. They have easy drop off and pick up. I also like that they use technology to keep me up to date with the process via text.

Consistently good service, fast turn around (item was ready next day, even received a rext) pleasant staff. Removed stains previous cleaner couldn't. Prices comparable. Love the Candy at the counter. Access off Thomas little bothersome at high traffic times. Otherwise I recommend.

First time using cleaners. Service was ok. I attempted to pick up at 4;59 pm on Saturday. They were closed. The sign on the door says close at 5:00 ,pm. Hope quality of cleaning is good.

Damaged my $1,500 sweater. Left holes in the front of garment that were not there before and DID NOT HANDLE WITH CARE. Little stains that were not there before are now there. I recommend going somewhere else.

Very disappointed to show up at 4:55 on Saturday and find them closed. I know it was last minute but hours are until five. I was running errands and had it timed out to be there before 5. Really wanted my items for an event tonight.

OrganiCare is are able to pickup & drop clothing for free depending on your zip code. It was expensive using wash and fold service. The price is determined by weight. I even received a bag!I had some technical issues with website. Neither the store or myself received notifications about my order. I was able to call and was helped quickly. I will not be using wash and fold service again but, may if I had something to dry clean.

Dropped off a 3 piece suit for dry cleaning. It was ready within 24hrs, creased properly and smelled like clean linen. All items when picked up had a plastic film for protection. I'll definitely revisit for future services.

Parking enforcement or dry cleaners, not sure but I was told I would not be serviced due to the way I parked my car? Lol I can’t make this up! However I will not be threatened by a dry cleaning employee! Lol I took my business and my car elsewhere, suggest you do the same!

Ruined my custom pieces that needed to be tended to with spot cleaning and professional care like most dry cleaning places with any semblance of skill and professionalism would.Yet instead treated my things like stuff that could just be thrown in the washer and they sure did just that, and ruined it.

I brought in 2 tablecloths and was amazed how they were able to lighten the stains that were there for years! They looked so white when I picked them up! So happy!

They did a good job and pretty fast too. But $10 to wash and press a shirt. No thanks. Ill keep ironing my stuff from now on lol.

Steamed 2 dresses same day service. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Took a dress to get it dry clean. Since the dress has stones all over, they make me sign a waiver, which is fine I had no problem with that. The two ladies on the front were very helpful and attentive. They explained to me about the possibility of the dress getting mess up because of the stones, but they will have the person that do the cleaning call me in the morning the let me know for sure. Next day I had to call because no one called me. The person I spoke with told me the only way they could clean the dress was water cleaning and it was a high possibility that the dress will shrink. I decided not to have the dress clean.I took the dress in a blue canvas zippered bag. When I went to pick it up the young lady that took care of me, which had a stink attitude, gave me the dress and was gonna put a plastic bag on it. When I asked for me back she told me she doesn’t keep the bags and that she throw it away. I let her know it wasn’t just a plastic regular bag. She showed no interest in what I was saying and somebody else started looking for the bag, that wasn’t in the trash by the way.This was my first time in your facility and because of this little girl attitude for sure the last.

Not only do they use the best quality organic products out there, but they are always a pleasure to deal with. The staff is very professional, friendly, and welcoming. The owner is always happy to go above and beyond for any client. I really felt my business was appreciated. Will definitely be back.

I used OrganiCare for dry cleaning service for the first time. I found them to be courteous and helpful. They also did a great job on my items and added extra touches to the finish of the clothes that no other cleaners have ever done before. The turnaround time was quick and the prices were fair. I’ll now be using OrganiCare for all my dry cleaning needs.

They really do try to make things right. I had some issues with erroneous charges and they worked hard to fix it. The laundry service is great and my things are handled with care.

Quality of dry cleaning was excellent. Also liked one day turn around. Price shocked me. Over $40 for two silk shirts, one simple blouse, and a pair of wool pants. I was expecting about $25.

Dropped a 3 piece suit and a dress shirt off at 7am and was told by the person working that it would be around 25 for everything, i asked to make sure because I understood suits were higher priced. She confirmed and I was told it would be ready by the next day at 5pm. Arrived at 5:10 or so and was told that everything but the shirt was ready because it had a stain, which I know isn't true, as i had inspected everything before dropping off, I was annoyed but hose to come back tomorrow so i didn't have to make multiple trips, so two days after my drop off I came back and I was told that it would 40 dollars, a significant increase in what I was told before hand, when I asked for a discount or for them to work with me on the day late and the pricing issue i was told that the best we can do is take the shirt off your total saving me a total of maybe 5 dollars. Would not recommend, and will not be returning

It was quick and easy, very friendly staff, I really like that they provide same day service. Extremely convenient for my busy schedule!

I use this business for dry clean and household laundry, it’s great! My delivery guy is the same person, I have his contact info, he delivers notes/thank you’s to the people that wash my clothes. I am quite happy with this service and highly recommend.

I’ve been going here for about 5 years, 2 of which were a consistent weekly drop off. Since I’ve started a job that doesn’t require dress attire I’ve gone significantly less the past few years but the quality has always been the same. They have an awesome staff, my clothes have never been ruined, they have an awesome way of saving your preferences for future drop offs and even offer same day service. Their prices are fair and well worth every penny. This dry cleaners is the best, no doubt about it.

STAY AWAY! My husband and I used this company a few times to have our comforter cleaned with no complaints. Then, in September, my husband dropped off a very expensive, vintage suede jacket that he had just purchased. Upon drop off, the item was in perfect condition. When we went to pick up the jacket a few weeks later, there was a huge stain on the front chest area. We pointed this out to them and asked them to re-clean it. A few weeks went by, we went back in and the stain was still there. At that point, the company said they would send it out for specialized treatment and would call us when it came back in.Time went on and we never heard back, so we stopped in to see if it had come back in yet - it had not, but we were assured we would get a phone call when it did. As of today, over THREE MONTHS later, I have stopped in at least four times to find out the status of the jacket, and each time, an employee explains to me that they will talk to their manager to figure out what's going on and will call us soon. I am beyond frustrated and don't know what else to do. The lack of communication and poor customer service is unlike any I have ever experienced. At this point, if the jacket is ruined, I would just love for the company to own up to it and try to make it right rather than hiding from me and my husband. Now, I'm just hoping that at a minimum, we can keep other customers from making the same mistake that we did in using this company.

I hate posting bad reviews but, in this case, it’s warranted.This was my first experience with OrganiCare and I was hoping to be a long term customer since it’s so conveniently located near my house.I picked up my dry cleaning today and didn’t double check to make sure all three items were intact. I got home, took the plastic off, and found an empty hanger between the first and third article of clothing with writing that read: “lost blouse, purple”The woman at the front desk didn’t bother to tell me they had lost my dress when I picked up my items today. I can’t help but feel that was intentional and now I don’t trust that it was an accident. You’ve had my clothes for three days. How exactly does a dress magically disappear in that time period? How do I know someone didn’t keep it? I want the money that I paid for that dress.

Very nice staff and fast services. They do what they promise . It is a great dry cleaning place. I had my clothes dry cleaned at other places , but this one is by far the greatest.

I really can’t stand a lack of basic customer service respect.DO NOT RECOMMENDA few weeks ago I went in for the first time. I had a single black tablecloth to be cleaned. I was told it would take a week. I went back in a week and it was $25. I took a 2nd single black tablecloth in a week after that. I was told it would take 4 days. When I checked out it was $32.50 instead of $25. A week apart. I asked why and the staff told me “they raised their prices.” I was never told, informed, texted, or emailed about any price change. I was texted the final price ($32.50) but was never informed before I dropped my item off of a price increase. They are not consistent and I will never be here again.

Love this place. Only wish they stopped using plastic on the return and instead used the reusable bags.

I have never used dry cleaning service up until I started purchasing nice polos and graphic tees. I hate washing them and then get faded. So I decided to dry clean. Dropped off 12 shirts. The staff was very friendly and kind. Took care of my shirts. Dropped off Saturday evening and we’re done by Monday afternoon. Dry cleaned and pressed. Looking like New. Definitely recommend this spot. Close to home. Price! I can’t say too much about because I don’t know what competitors charge but I thought it was well worth it. Very satisfied. Thanks girls.

They got different employees and they are very rude, they don’t show cordiality, no manners, years going to that place, never had a problem before until this employee always treating bad the customers.

I needed a button up shirt dry cleaned and ready by the next evening. I called OrganiCare, after online searching the area, and spoke with a young lady who was so helpful. She informed me my shirt would be ready by the next afternoon if dropped off by closing. I asked a few questions, she knew her products well and the price was great. I dropped off the shirt and there were 2 young ladies working, one being the young lady I spoke with earlier. Their customer service was outstanding! It was above and beyond, which is rare as customer service seems to be going down the drain. They were so friendly and helpful! I picked up my shirt the next afternoon and it looked nice! So crisp, not one wrinkle. It was perfect for the occasion. I will definitely use this place for my dry cleaning as they not only clean shirts, but they can clean other things as well (blankets, sheets, comforters, etc). They do not accept cash. Card only. I would definitely recommend this place, as well.

I had a beautiful silk beaded blouse that the first time I wore it, I managed to get ink on it. It sat in my closet for over a year, because I was afraid to try to get the stain out and I frankly didn’t have the heart to throw it out. I finally decided to take it in and see if they could get it out. At this point I was willing for them to try anything as in my mind the blouse was already ruined how could it be any worse. To my surprise they got the ink out and it’s good as new! My only disappointment is why I waited so long to have them try. They are a wonderful dry cleaner and always provide a great service. Well worth the price.

I dropped off my wedding dress to be cleaned and was told it wouldn’t be ready for 2 weeks, but they cleaned and preserved it in about 5 days. The dress was well packaged and beautifully cleaned. The ladies at the counter when I dropped off and picked up were both friendly and quick.

Lovely staff, very pleasant and efficient. Brought in a designer item with a stain and they were familiar and comfortable/careful with such items, which was great. Was ready quickly the next day (I had dropped off after 5pm) and looked as good as ever! Text alerts to let me know it was ready. Definitely recommend!

This was my first experience with OrganiCare. Service turn-a-round was good & the work on my two dress shirts with stains was good. Customer service was polite and knowledgeable. I’d give five stars, but they’re expensive and they weren’t extraordinaire compared to other dry cleaners I’ve been to. However, they’re super close to my house, so I’ll be using them again.

I created an account and requested a pickup for today 5/6 between 6-2. I received a confirmation text and email. I was home all day and no one came to pick up the clothing. By the time I realized it was still sitting there, it was 7:05pm - I called and tried to leave a voicemail but the mailbox was full. A call saying they couldn’t pick up my husbands clothes would have been nice…

Terrible customer service.We have had to call and call and call to remind them of our specific requests.We finally stopped service and they can’t even get that right.AFTER we cancelled the service they came into our home WITHOUT our approval and took items for dry cleaning not meant for them.The drivers are very kind, the actual cleaning is above average, but the people behind the counter and on the phone desperately need training. Desperately!

It really seems like this place is going downhill. Maybe it was a recent change in management? I’m not sure but they seemed very unorganized and out of shorts. My dresses shirts came back covered in lint and looked worse than when I took them in. When I expressed my concern they said I would have to pay to have them redone! Very unprofessional

they did great work on my heavy knitted jacket and delivered it when promised, but did not notify me that my leather coat wornt be delivered for another week. knowing this ahead of time would have been very helpful

I was very dissatisfied with the pricing and will never use this cleaners again. I brought two items in for cleaning, a three quarter length suede coat with a faux fur collar and a two piece dress with a short jacket. I was quoted that the price for the suede jacket would be $39.95, which was fine and they gave me a price list showing the price of a dress at $13.79. I expected a little more for the dress, but not what they charged. When I arrived to pick up my items, I was told the price was $73 and some cents. When I balked at the price I was told the short jacket to the dress was an extra $10+. Then the worker gave me a $5.00 discount. The final charge was $67.08. That means if they charged the quoted price of $39.95 for the jacket the price ended up being $27.13 for the dress. Totally ridiculous.

Without a doubt, I have never found a cleaning company that delivers my clothes in such amazing condition. Just the way they hang my shirts and pants to prevent wrinkles is something I've never seen before, and intend on taking advantage of for as long as I can. Their prices are every bit as reasonable as the companies that have constantly disappointed me. I recommend them without reservation. You will not be disappointed.

I have been going to OrganiCare at Thomas and 5th Av for 2 years.They clean all of my work clothes and shirts as well as rugs and other specialty items.They are easily the beat cleaner in the area. I’ve tried others and had issues but have never had a problem here.Staff is friendly and they offer pickup and delivery service if desired.You will be very satisfied with their high quality work.

Upon pick up, I was presented w a blanket that was not mine, although the receipt had my name and information in it in the bag w the wrong blanket. I informed the nice girl who was helping me and she called her supervisor who informed her that my blanket had to be re-laundered since “something” had been spilled on it? She then said that it would be ready tomorrow (this is already after a week or more since I dropped off my blanket), and that I should come back then. The polite girl gave me a 20% discount for the mix up once I expressed my concern. When I returned 2 or 3 days later, there was still confusion from the same nice girl when I presented both receipts for pick up, she remembered what blanket I was picking up , and went around searching for the blanket. She pulled it out of some bin behind the counter and it was not in a laundry bag nor really folded up. She then put it in a bag w my assistance. I expressed my concern that I wasn’t sure that it had been properly laundered and this whole ordeal had been quite strange. She offered an additional small discount. I was just happy to have my husbands favorite blanket back in one piece, so I paid the $15 and left. While I was waiting for them to find the blanket, I overheard another customer expressing concern over lost and miscounted garments and that this had happened before. I guess I am not the only one that has experienced this confusion and lack of quality service. Bummer!

The quality of work is excellent and they do the extra mile providing collar stays and cuff links (for French cuff shirts). The owner responds quickly and fairly to any issues or concerns. I didn’t give five stars because the everyday level of service is lacking. The young ladies working the counter barely say hello or thank you. The hard product (cleaning and finishing) is excellent but their service is lacking. It’s disappointing since they are a premium cleaner. I’d suggest sending the staff Chick-Fil-A everyday for for lunch so they can learn to say please, thank you, and you’re welcome.

I love how my clothes just come back looking so great and pressed so perfectly. I’ve tried many cleaners but this one is just so convenient! Even with their FREE delivery service. They come back looking better then ever! Also prices are affordable. Very satisfied w the service

Very friendly helpful staff. The two items brought for dry cleaning we’re excellent. I’ve had one cleaned last year at another place and this cleaning was much better. I will definitely use them again.

For anyone looking for a dry cleaner but paranoid about damage - fear not. I dropped off a Versace dress shirt of unknown material composition that was absolutely covered in wrinkles - I was nervous about handing it over, but they did a fantastic job. It's completely wrinkle-free and fits exactly the same way, no fading of color or damage/smearing of small designs, buttons undamaged, collar still in proper shape, etc. They were respectful and knowledgeable. The employee I spoke to was able to tell by feeling the garment that it was not 100% cotton and would require dry cleaning. They were accurate with their pickup time and quick to retrieve the garment and check out. I would definitely trust them with my more valuable clothes based on this experience.

Update: Manager called and credited my account and refunded me. I like the girls there, but it doesn't seem like they have the capability to reverse these issues on-site.I've used this place several times with good experiences however, most recently they did not have my clothes ready by Monday evening as promised after I dropped them off the previous Friday. Also, I go so often that I didn't even look at the price until I got home. I was charged over $35.00 for FOUR items!!! And at least 2 of the garments state on the instructions DO NOT DRYCLEAN which was explained to the girls at the front when the shirts were dropped off. Feel pretty taken advantage of as a regular customer. Don't think I'll be going back.

I love using OrganiCare for their convenient home pickup and delivery dry-cleaning but this post is about their service. Yesterday I made the bid mistake of sending my son's favorite stuffer animal to be dry-cleaned leading to an all out meltdown fit during bedtime. I simply texted Organicare and today his stuffed animal was specially-delivered (and cleaned!) to our house--even though delivery isn't until Thursday. This is the kind of service everyone would like to see from he businesses they support.

I dropped off my dresses Tuesday and received them Friday after 5pm. Definitely make sure you have time. The dresses were very well cleaned and it’s was what I expected. Only inconvenience is that their Apple Pay wasn’t working at the time and they weren’t taking cash because they are not giving back change. So I had to go next door and get exact change from them.

Great service and my items exceeded my expectations. I had a suit dry cleaned (they charge per piece) and two (2) dress shirts steam pressed. The pricing is moderate, however, comparable to most organic dry cleaners.

My wife and I have been using OrganiCare for several years and are very satisfied. They provide great service and we really like the pick up/drop off they provide. Any time we had issues, which was infrequent, the owner always made things right. We are on going clients and remain happy to be so.

Staff is always friendly and attentive. My clothes are ready quickly, easy payment process, easy accessibility too. Love this place!
