Our technician Dan did a phenomenal job and was very careful with his equipment around our house. Our pet had a small accident on the couch and Dr. Chem-Dry was one of the only places to offer a Pet Stain Cleanup on our sofa. They came out to look at the sofa without requiring an consultation fee or trip fee. The couch looks and smells brand new and we highly recommend Dr. Chem-Dry for any cleaning needs. We thank our technician an for being so professional.

I highly recommend Dr. Chem-Dry Carpet & Tile Cleaning. I called to have the carpets cleaned in my mom's home. As you can tell, that cute little dog causes a lot of stains! Additionally, my mom smoked in the home for about thirty years. Tacie, who answered my initial call, was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The first technician who came out did a fabulous job as you can tell in the after photo. Although the smoke odor was still slightly present (to be expected considering the condition), I could tell a huge difference! Moreover, the pet stains were completely gone. I called them out again because I was so happy with their service that I asked them to clean out the air ducts to further eliminate the smoke smell. Again, the technicians were wonderful and did a fantastic job. Services are a bit pricey, but it was well worth it!

Scheduled my 9x12 area rug to be cleaned in my home. Ann, who booked the appointment, was aware the rug contained viscose when she scheduled the service. Cost quoted $169. Tech arrived advising his appointment note indicated the rug contained viscose and he needed to take it in to clean at shop for $405. I stated Ann was fully aware of the rug’s fiber content and that he just CONFIRMED this as it was in HIS NOTES. He said the scheduler does this to get the sale. Wasted entire day and moved furniture for nothing.

Dan was professional, experienced, and efficient. My carpets look new. Their patented pet stain and odor remover is the best! Will definitely use them again!

This is the second time we have used Dan with Chemdry. The first time we used him was when we were moving out of our old house. We want to have a new carpets cleaned for the new owners. He did a fantastic job and the carpets look amazing. I decided to use Chem dry again after being a year in our new house and I was glad that we were able to use Dan again. We had been looking to have our carpets cleaned for a while. I spent well over an hour looking online for the best quality ratings and reviews. I came across Dr. Chem-Dry, called and left a message on a Sunday.. explained that we had some pet stains that needed to be addressed. Monday was Labor Day, I recieved an email and a phone call. We set an appointment for the following day. Dan showed up at exactly 10:00 am as promised. Checked everything over, and said that it should not be a problem. When we got home, the carpets looked and smelled better than I could have imagined. We had 1 spot that resurfaced, I called, Dan came back out, took care of it right away. I could not be happier with the service, cost, professionalism of the entire process. The cost was less than what we had been expecting, but the service was over the top. THANK YOU DR. First time I used this company for my grandma, we had Jeremy come out within 30 mins of me calling! His customer service skills were 100%! He was amazing we got the carpets done and wanted tile to he started tile and told us he needed a bigger machine to do it so much better. He was so honest he could have kept going and never said anything and she wouldn't have notice. He offered to come back at another time. Dr. Chem-Dry Carpet & Tile Cleaning and Dan K., Master Technician for 25 years, are superior in every way to every carpet and tile cleaning company out there (I've tried them all). Dan K., our Master Technician, arrived on-time. He was so kind, professional. He then explained how Chem-Dry utilizes an ecological cleaning process, unique to them, which is safe for humans (even with asthma, allergies, COPD, etc.). The carpets are dry within 1-2 hours. Instead of just listening, & writing our wish list while sitting on a chair, Dan accompanied my spouse as he told him what we wanted done in each room. We also had a very unique additional project we wanted him to assess regarding very unique floor coverings. He educated us regarding these items as he was aware they would best be cleaned according to the manufacturer's instructions, which were not the way he would be able to clean them. He did not want to charge us a lot of money, especially when the manufacturer's instructions would likely get them much cleaner. That impressed us as he had so much integrity and honesty. We both had a lot of different questions for him. Dan has an incredible amount of expertise regarding any issue to do with carpet and carpet cleaning as well as tile/marble/granite and grout cleaning and sealing. We were beyond impressed. It's now been 2 hours since Dan cleaned our carpet. It is beautiful. It looks new. The buyers that purchased our home & moving in next week will be so happy! We are so impressed with Chem-Dry and Dan, that we scheduled Dan to clean the tile and carpets Prior to moving into our new home next week.

Our experience with Dr. Chem-dry was five star all the way! From our initial phone conversation with Penny, who sent us a follow-up email to verify our appointment, to Dan, the wonderful technician, who called us a half hour before his arrival, to greeting him at our door It moved like clockwork! And it even gets better. We had a sectional-type couch in desperate need of cleaning, that also had the remains of a very poor cleaning job that left our couch with awful marks and dirt. Dan looked over our situation and assured us that he would do his best. He worked diligently and professionally while also making sure to protect our hardwood floors and rug. He is meticulous and very conscientious. When he was working he showed me what he was doing on some of the areas that needed special attention. When he finished we were already seeing a difference, however it was very obvious the next day what a wonderful job he had done! It dried to perfection and our couch looks new again. My husband and I needed pet stain and odor removal last year. Dr Chem Dry was out within 24 hours, did a great job and we have had no problems since. The techs were great, going over every inch of our carpet to make sure they got every stain and even came back out a week later to spray the deodorizer again. I was very happy with the results!

Combs Construction Co, has used Dr.Chem-Dry for all our carpet cleaning needs for the last five years.... it's amazing what these guys can do... we have carpets that get all kinds stains from heavy machine oils to general dirt and mud being dragged in from the field, these guys always leave and the carpet looks like the day we had them placed! I highly recommend Dr.Cem-Dry to everyone, they have a wonderful and friendly staff, quick scheduling and they take the time to get the job finished correctly and to the highest quality.

I’m moving in tomorrow to newly built home and I didn't realize I needed carpet cleaned until the last minute..!! Tacie followed up with my request and was able to fit me in today. Dan, the tech who did an amazing job today, showed up within the time frame given and gave me a fair estimate. I ended up adding tile cleaning service as well, and I’m so glad I did. Nathan was very friendly and a professional young man. He did a great job cleaning the furniture and even vacuumed my living room before he left. We had a nice conversation when he was here also. He made sure I had secured my cat in another room before opening the door to bring in equipment. He is a wonderful young man with a great personality also. Dr. Chem-Dry came out to my home today. I had some high traffic areas and large rooms that needed to be cleaned. The carpet looks brand new and they got out some tough stains. I couldn't be happier. Dr. ChemDry is such an awesome company! After waiting for more than two hours (in my shuffled apartment) for another carpet cleaning company to be a no-show, I decided to call Dr. ChemDry to see if they could help me out.
The receptionist was so helpful and understanding, she was able to get me booked for an appointment the same day.
A little over an hour later, Dan from Dr. ChemDry called said he would be there right away. Dan arrived with a great smile and helpful attitude. He also gave me a great deal for not only my carpet needs, but my upholstery as well.

Wonderful- that's really all I can say! We have had foster dogs in and out of our apartment and let me tell you, many of the dogs were sneak pee-ers and we didn't even know! When Justin (the technician) used the black light to see all the spots I was so embarrassed. But him and his partner were both very nice and professional. My husband and I have actually discussed replacing the carpet and I'm so thankful we gave ChemDry a chance first. My carpet looks brand new!! Our beige carpets looked horrendous; they looked dirty and dingy from a dog, two cats and heavy traffic areas. Dan was super friendly, assessed their condition, and explained our options. He kindly stopped halfway through the worst of the areas and showed us the difference. When he was done, our carpets looked SO CLEAN and they smelled fantastic! I had a big carpet problem and this company solved it. After a year or more of one of my cats peeing on the carpets, entire areas of my house smelled. I had repeatedly tried many over the counter spray on remedies. Most of them targeting killing the enzymes that caused the smells. I tried my own, at home caroet cleaner. None of it worked. It would smell like chemicals for a day, then the urine smell returned. I contacted a number of professional cleaning companies. And Dr. Chem-Dry seemed the most legit, offered a guarantee, and had the best story about taking care of this kind of problem. They completely delivered. Phone consultation with one of the owners was smooth and comprehensive, scheduling was pretty fast, Dan the Tech showed up exactly on time, did thorough walk thru, gave me all the details of what he was going to do, and provided me with a detailed quote. I gave the go-ahead and he went to work. Because I was home, he was able to grab me a few times to show me the extent of the problem, talk about how he was attacking it, and I mean ATTACKING, and I was also able to further pick up a few areas for cleaning that I had missed and really needed attention. What a fantastic job. After it was all done and he left, the big question was - once the minor cleaning smell was gone, would the urine smell return. So far it has been 4 days, and I don't smell any cat pee in the house. This is truly amazing, after living with this for more than a year. Oh, and the caroet is really clean also :) I HIGHLY recommend this company !!

Dan Koedyker always does a first-rate job. He's been our carpeting & upholstery cleaner for several years, and I've never had a complaint. The carpeting and upholstery are 14 years old, and have always looked brand new when he's done. It's good to have the same outstanding service each year.

Dan is the man! Before he came by to work his magic, my carpets were unbareable to look at. My roommate recently adopted a puppy and the potty training was not going so well at first but thanks to Dan and Dr. Chem’s infamous order and stain removal system the carpets are practically good as new!!! Dr. Chem-Dry came and did my carpets, tile and area carpets. The most impressive part was the area carpet in my living room which is 12x15 which had an old stain on it from some red gatorade that kids had spilled on it that I thought would never come out. They got it out and it is beautiful. They got the greasy stains out of the fringe of the carpets too. The grout in my bathroom looks brand new.

This was my first time using Chem Dry for upholstery. I would have to give them a five star rating. Justin cleaned my sofa, did a good job, and cleaned up after himself before he left. Very personable .

I have always had a good experience with ChemDry Cleaning, but not this time. My technician, Jeremy came to my house to my carpet cleaning and he did a nice job of cleaning but it turns out he broke one of our water valves handle in the front yard, we weren’t able to use the water up front, had to go purchase a new valve handle because of him. He did not let us know ahead that he will be using our water to do the cleaning so we know. And he went in the backyard without letting us know either, what if we have dogs back there?! I don’t like how ChemDry does things without asking and even cost us additional money to replace a broken water valve handle. I won’t use ChemDry again for my next cleaning.

We had a water heater leak that got our carpet and drywall wet. Kody was very professional and knowledgeable about how to tackle the problem. He always called before he came to check on how things were drying out, and worked around my schedule. He explained the process and what to expect.

Jorel, Kody’s manager came out to help set up the laundry room wall to dry. He was also very professional and explained what they were doing and why it was needed.

I’m extremely happy with the service I received.

I had my carpets cleaned this morning. Both technicians were courteous. I was disappointed with the company. The price quoted on the phone, which I had thought was agreed upon both my myself and the company, almost doubled after the tech pointed out issues. My carpets were not too dirty since I have them cleaned every two months, with the exception of the stairs, which were very dirty.

I have now had to mop my tile due to the very dirty water marks left by the machine. Some of the dirt and dust collected on the bottom of a wall. Most companies wipe the tile dry before leaving.

The carpets look clean, but the drying time doubled when I asked to verify that it was between 1 and 3 hours. That was a main factor of using this company, but the reason given to me that their process dries quicker than other companies - due to oxygenation in the water - did not make any sense to me.

The original quote given on the phone is redundant. Pay no attention to it. I did not expect to be asked to pay almost double. And when I asked if my main traffic areas, the stairs, could be pre-treated, the price was again too much.

I will not be using Dr. Chem-Dry & Tile Cleaning again. Just another bait-and-switch company. Very disappointed. I expected better.

I would highly recommend Dr. Chem-Dry amd tile cleaning. They showed up on time, and very professional. They were very knowledgeable and very thorough. They do not pressure you to do any service, but if you choose to do everything they quote you they can do it all the same day and visit.

carpets are 5 years old! multiple cats and dogs, kids, spills accidents. we thought we were going to have to replace the carpeting. The cleaning and PURT treatment are amazing. Highly recommend. I think we can get another year out of this carpet. Thanks Dan K for working so hard for several hours.

Nate and Tyler were very friendly and helpful! They helped me choose the best plan for my needs and budget. They did a very good job lifting the stains and making sure the areas were clean.

After I researched the best no -toxic cleaner for berber carpets, I decided on using Dr. ChemDry. They advertise that they use Natural products & 80% less water than others professional cleaners. They scheduled me the very next day & 2 very polite & professional techs came in a marked van. They went over what I wanted cleaned & my options & they got to work & cleaned 3 bedrooms in less than an hour. A pretreatment was used on high traffic areas as recommended & all the carpet looked beautiful. I was told they should dry within 4-5 hours. All went well until my carpets dried. After waiting double the time expected to dry, they felt crusty. I called to ask if this was normal, if I needed to vacuum them or what. I was told this question was never asked about berber even though they supposedly specialize in berber. After checking with a manager, they said yes please vacuum the carpet & see if that helps because maybe their was residue from a previous cleaning. I told them I had not cleaned these carpets ever so there would not be residue. So I feel like whatever product they used left a residue. They told me their natural product does not leave a residue-you can drink it. I explained that a natural drinking product may be non-toxic but if it was not completely rinsed out could leave a residue. So they are sending out the techs again to rinse/steam my carpets again to help get rid of this residue. I hope that it works & that my beautiful berber carpet is not ruined.

The company picked up the rugs, this was a great service. They also delivered them to my new address, but the rugs were not as clean as they were the last time I had them clean. Which I used another company.

Cody was friendly and professional. The traffic areas were heavily soiled and now they look great! I would have given five stars if the pricing hadn’t been misleading.

I am beyond impressed and in awe of Dr. Chem. From the friendly and helpful appointment setting for the very next day to the miracle performed by Tech’s Jeremy and Tyler. My “angel” pup threw a temper tantrum and decided to teach me by urinating on a white couch. Over the next 3 months I used cleaner upon cleaner trying to remove both the odor, stain, and water stains to only make it worse. I still don’t know how they did it but I swear they wore capes as that feat could have only been achieved by superheroes. The couch was restored back to white and there is no trace of odor or stains. just got off the phone with them 10 minutes ago. I had used them 9 months ago and confirmed that I had paid $40 per room at that time. The girl confirmed that that was a sale price. She said the regular price now is $48 per room. I then told her that I would like to have the carpets done and I have a 42% off coupon. She said that would bring it down to $40 per room. I said her math was wrong. I said you just told me that the regular price is $48 per room. She said if you have a coupon the regular price is $69 a room. That is plain out bait and switch. They have lost this customer and I hope they lose anyone that's reading this. Do they really think people are that stupid.

I do not have a complaint about the cleaning of my carpet. But I have a big complaint and issue with after the guy left I went upstairs and in my second bedroom he urinated in the toilet and did not even flush it. He never asked if he can even go into my bathroom, and the most gross thing is that he didn’t even flush the toilet! So to say the least I’m not happy at all!

I had a couch cleaned and an area rug. They did a great job and Jeremy worked really hard to get out some OLD stains. Not the cheapest cleaner out there but they do what they say and try hard for you.

Our beloved 8 year old yorkie has a serious problem with peeing all over the house and no matter how much we cleaned it we were never able to remove the smell or all the stains. We even tried a local corporate chain but learned soon after that was a mistake! We found Dan through Google search and saw all the great reviews and they definitely were not lying. He really knew what he was doing! He actually cared and took the time to get it done right and above all he was very friendly. It was a little expensive but you get what you pay for and we are not disappointed.

We have a golden and we are very careful about what we expose her too... knowing she’ll be licking her feet. What has kept us coming back is the fact that are carpets are sparkling clean.
