This is our third posting. As a regular client for many years I have to give many kudos this week to Anahi who, due to illness of another employee, cleaned our house by herself. It was a large undertaking for one person, but Anahi worked tirelessly doing the job of two people. When she was finished the place was, as always, spotless. Shocked and deeply disappointed by the service performed on February 24, 2022. Unfortunately some staffing changes have worsened the quality of care considerably. I have been fairly forgiving over the past year or so with late-arrivals due to the strain of the pandemic, but to be 75 minutes late for a first-in-the-day appointment is inexcusable. The team lead lied about being instructed to be here at 7:30, lied about her whereabouts, repeatedly yelled at me upon arrival, and proceeded to spill her Monster Energy drink on my porous and delicate cork flooring -- flooring that they had always taken great care with during past visits. 2 hours of my day have been wasted trying to manage and oversee them and mitigate further damage. Clearly I'm not paying for the services and would suggest that if you're scheduling with them, avoid Team 4.

I called over 30 cleaning in the valley. All of them had a waitlist of 2-8 weeks and that’s being generous. We had recently had construction done inside our house, and I live with my 95-year-old grandmother who could not handle the amount of dust that was everywhere… When I called the cleaning solution the lady that answered was extremely understanding but informed me that they were completely booked for the next couple months as well. But, considering the circumstances she took my information and said she would make an effort to find me somebody as soon as possible. I didn’t expect a call back but to my surprise she called me about 10 minutes later and was able to find two girls to come and clean my house the next day! They showed up on time and did a great job with the cleaning even though it was overtime and they had to work into the evening, they did not complain and they got the job done and even stayed a little longer than we expected! I would definitely recommend the cleaning solution, we need more people like them!

Horrible. Two people were supposed to come and do extra construction clean up. Only one came and couldn't begin to do what was needed. She had already done another house that was larger than she was told and she was tired. I wouldn't use them again.
