I hired them to clean the townhouse I had just moved out of on Wednesday August 12th 2020. When the cleaning team arrived I spoke to Pilar as she was the team leader. I explained that I wanted EVERYTHING cleaned inside, no external windows. Showed her the move out check list from my landlord and Pilar told me it would be about 3 hrs. I left them to perform their job and returned when Pilar texted me that they had about 20 min left. I walked through the entire place with Pilar and she told me if anything was not up to my expectations that they would redo the spots I was unhappy with. It wasn't necessary as they had done a phenomenal job. I could not have been more satisfied and neither could my landlords as when they looked through the house today, they asked for the company I used so they could hire them and recommend them to all of their tenants for a quality cleaning company.
I will be calling them again for some spring cleaning in my current home.

My poor pregnant wife got sick in my brand new truck real real bad and I could not get the smell out of it!!! Unfortunately it's my work truck and I have to do business in it every day, I called Mike bright and early on Monday morning with this dilemma and he set aside an hour to come out to my house take care of my vehicle and one of the carpets in the front of my house this guy is the best!!! He is very professional and understood that I was in a extreme situation and came right out to make it better for me I would highly recommend him !! Might I add this is not our first time using him and probably won't be the last

This company is all you need! I went through a couple other companies for bids and I wish I would’ve found this company first. Jay handled everything quick and easy. Knocked off a huge stress for my restaurant. We found a very fair price for an exchange of very high quality work. Jay and his crew completely flipped the kitchen for me. Noelle was the AMAZING professional that came to service our home today, and she did a fantastic job with all of our carpet, my favorite cream colored rocking chair that had a red wine stain on it, and our dryer vent! I am so pleased with this company and her incredible attention to detail in our home! We will refer all of our friends and definitely use her again!

I work for a Civil Construction Contractor. We contracted CBN to clean our field office in 2020. They were a very affordable solution for us in keeping our field office clean and sanitized every week during this Covid pandemic. They have been great at communication and fixed any issues we have brought up, which have been very minimal. We are now done with the job but will use them again if given the opportunity.

Have used Steamex for years as well as for all of my clients; excellent company providing wonderful service. Would give them a five star rating!

After I researched the best no -toxic cleaner for berber carpets, I decided on using Dr. ChemDry. They advertise that they use Natural products & 80% less water than others professional cleaners. They scheduled me the very next day & 2 very polite & professional techs came in a marked van. They went over what I wanted cleaned & my options & they got to work & cleaned 3 bedrooms in less than an hour. A pretreatment was used on high traffic areas as recommended & all the carpet looked beautiful. I was told they should dry within 4-5 hours. All went well until my carpets dried. After waiting double the time expected to dry, they felt crusty. I called to ask if this was normal, if I needed to vacuum them or what. I was told this question was never asked about berber even though they supposedly specialize in berber. After checking with a manager, they said yes please vacuum the carpet & see if that helps because maybe their was residue from a previous cleaning. I told them I had not cleaned these carpets ever so there would not be residue. So I feel like whatever product they used left a residue. They told me their natural product does not leave a residue-you can drink it. I explained that a natural drinking product may be non-toxic but if it was not completely rinsed out could leave a residue. So they are sending out the techs again to rinse/steam my carpets again to help get rid of this residue. I hope that it works & that my beautiful berber carpet is not ruined.

Bobby is amazing! He is very responsive and always squeezes me in on last minute needs. The cleaning is top quality!

The worker was rude and unpleasant to say the least. Arrive at a decent hour so no complaints there. On the other hand, the worker was completely unprepared, and astonished to not be servicing an apartment, but instead a loft. He did not arrive with the proper tools, a mask, nor foot booties, so we provided them to him ..considering he walked the property before entering our home, defeats the purpose of carpet cleaning.. right?! He left puddles of water on our hardwood floors and throughout the hallway ..I’m sure, all the way back to his vehicle. He was disrespectful for throwing his germ infested mask on our hallway floor on his way out. Arizona Carpet Care you have some sort of partnership with this city, so we expect some sort of professionalism, today fell short.

I would NEVER do business with them again. Shame on me for not reading the reviews.
